Called this morning and left message since you cant get anyone on the phone. My voicemail stated that I have tested positive for Covid. Please call me back to discuss treatment opinions. They left for the day without return my call. Its Friday, so now I will have to wait until Monday to call again.

Took my husband in to see the nurse practioner very dissatisfied with her quality of care my husband has felt bad for 6 weeks took two antibiotics and steroids. And is till spitting up phlegm his face turns red. Because of cough. She says its due to swallowing and needs speech therapy so o guess in the mean time he will feel miserable and continue to cough and not be able to rest or eat she said use Claritin and nasal spray I hope he sees guillotine next time very unhappy considering she offered bot cough meds and Steroid again but he left with nothing nothing and angry at me

Came in because I havent been feeling well in a few days. Went over my symptoms with the doctor and she asked me if I was being truthful. I wouldnt be here if I didnt feel good. Not coming back here anymore. I sat in my car and cried in the parking lot before I left. I felt so disrespected. I come here to find out whats wrong with me and not to be judged for doing so.

My advice is find a different clinic. And the patient advocate never responded with a solution or called.

Love Dr Heather Guillott, shes very easy to talk to and understanding. I would DEFINITELY recommend her to take good care of u.

If it wasnt for Dr Charles Mercer whose an amazing physician I would go somewhere else. I was told to come and get blood work done before I report to work that Monday morning well I did and the wait was ridiculous. I was the only person there to get blood work done and it was a least 45 minutes so I left and Cheryl the receptionist has a nasty attitude because I left. No respect.

We were told we could not come back after going to an affiliate clinic that had a pharmacy.

Very very disappointed in this officeMy mother has been a patient for about 3 years. She needed to see doctor after a long painful weekend (memorial day). Called back on Tuesday only to be told could not be seen till next day!! We went to urgent Care and are now having cat scan of pelvis. Still in a lot of painI guess the only time you are really important is just to have meds refilled. So why do we have a primary care physician?? Oh yes, insurance. Thats what its all about!! Very disappointed!!

I very nervous about my first visit with her. She was very professional. My only problem is that 2 of my meds were just taken away from me and Ive been on those 2 alittle over 5 years now. I understand about her sending me to a specialist but I didnt understand why she couldnt write me just enough of the rx just to hold me over until I go see the specialist?? I just hope I get in fast to the specialist.

I was clearly is respiratory distress, yet these people ignored that when I walked in off the street. There was no offer of help. There was only we dont take medicaid. I could have died before I got to the ER. This was a year ago. Where is the care? Ambulances take medicaid and as was actually the case, I had mediCARE! Just because you wear scrubs doesnt make you a healthcare a PROFESSIONAL.

Ever since this office has been taken over by a new group they are hard to work with. Ran out of refills and usually the pharmacy takes care of getting the paperwork and then faxes it off to the doctor to approve it. Takes about a day or two to do and I’ll be ready to get my refills. It has been a little over a week and this office has yet to send the request back to my pharmacy. This is the second time that it has take over a week to get my scripts refilled and I am completely out. Thankfully my pharmacy has loaned me a few pills till I get my full script approved. Unacceptable office. Will be looking for another doctor.
