These reviews are SCARY. Seems like the only people with good experiences here Caucasians. I love reading reviews before I offer my business anywhere. I will not be coming to this place because neither the doctor, owner, or management had enough class to try and rectify the horrible reviews with a reply of concern and compassion. Absolutely not wasting my time. Smh

No idea why bad reviews are written on this site but my family and I had an amazing experience at their office. Their hours are flexible and were able to accommodate us. The visit went smoothly, the receptionists were nice and very thoughtful. Dr. Stetkluh and Dr. Goldberg were both amazing. They both explained to us what they were doing. In checking out, they were all nice and helpful. They even double checked which would be the best deal for me.

Went in to get an eye exam. One of the staff members had zero customer service, from the moment I walked in. No one came to the front until I waited for about 5-10 minutes at the front desk. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt for having a bad day. Then I had the exam with the doctor and made an effort to have any conversation, and the doctor could not have been more arrogant and unwilling to have decent small talk. Just trying to get to know them and really find a good eye doctor and this is hands down NOT the place. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to pay for this eye exam because I would have been so much more frustrated. Everything they offer is overpriced, and clearly the money is what it’s all about. If you’re a military service-member and they offer this location. Don’t take it. The farther drive will be worth it. If they expect to get return customers, they should probably take a look at treating people differently.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldberg’s for over 30 years. I have always had a good experience and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere for my eye care!

At the beginning, the receptionist was welcoming. The nurse was friendly. The doctor is even more courteous & professional. I had good experience with all the eye examinations.But, I made the big mistake of buying the prescribed eyeglasses there. They dont carry variety of eyeglasses. Mostly the frames are low quality but overpriced. I just chose the so called high quality frame with the help of an assistant. I was given appointment to get it after a week. I went in there after a week and they gave me a different color and frame. I told them this is not my order. They took my order again and gave me another week. I went back again & was told it is not yet ready. I was very furious and they promised me to call me after 3 days. I finally got the eyeglasses but they were not completely as to my expectations. I nevertheless took them for I am tried of the customer service.In general, this is the place I would go last to see an eye doctor.

Took my oldest daughter to this location because it was recommended by her army recruiter. The customer service from the staff was HORRIBLE!! Thinking that things would’ve changed with my second daughter that was not the case. The front office staff again was horrible...starting with Maria. Horrible customer service and rude!! If I could give ZERO stars, they would definitely get it. The frames are old, ugly, and overpriced!! I think the staff is not used to working with African American people and it clearly showed. A bunch of racist folks and I urge and encourage anyone and everyone to not take your business to this location..it’s the absolute worse!!!

Many thanks for accommodating my daughter in such a short notice on a weekend! We really appreciate Dr. Goldberg and the kindness of his staff- My daughter got her lenses the same day and was able to enjoy her lacrosse game.

Doctor Goldberg was great, and his staff advising me about prescription lenses was very knowledgeable and professional. The only downside is an unfriendly neighborhood the office is located in.

I really do feel like they have something against people who are not white. I went in with my mother, and once we got there this lady was staring at my mother for a good 5 minutes instead of helping. And it was not a nice stare. I didn’t say anything, I just wanted to get out of there. The other lady that was getting the prescripted glasses to an African American child was very disrespectful towards him and his father. But once a white person walked in, they didn’t seem to act the same towards them. Horrible staff. Will not come again.

I had a good experience with my eye exam and contact fitting however I made the mistake of buying lenses and having them install them on my Armani frames. Lisa broke one of the temples when installing the lenses. She blamed the damage on the fact that the frames were old even though the frames were less than 3 years old. She eluded to the fact that it was a risk I consented in taking when I had them install the lenses I bought from them. She offered to give me a discount on new frames in order to make a sale. The Dr. in charge offered to put some other temples on my frame that didnt even match. I asked them to give me a similar frame from the store but they refused. They ended up sending me to a repair shop that repaired the temple on them but my frames will never be the same. Will never go back and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Really very poor customer service from the front desk person. She didnt know what she was doing. After making me hold the line for over 15 minutes, she came back to tell me she cannot find my kid in the system even though she was able to tell me the insurance ID.

It is the worst place that they have recommended to me the treatment they give to Hispanic people and of color it is terrible they do not even hide the racism that they do and they should not work the resectionist in a place where most of their clients are Hispanic or people of Color is a horrible place where racism is evident to the fullest although Dr. David Goldberg is an excellent person, he is very kind, he is a very excellent person, but those who attend in front are horrible to treat his clients

Unfriendly customer service! Never come back!! I had contact lense fitting and made my eye red I had to come back for another fitting with different brand. They tried to sell you the most expensive one!!
