I live about 45 minutes away from this store location and had an appointment scheduled for about two weeks ahead of time. While driving to my appointment I got caught up in traffic which delayed me a little bit so I called the store to let them know that I was still coming but would be about 5 minutes late. Well the person who answered my phone call rudely told me that I would be turned around at the door because they were busy. Well after driving right at an hour to make my appointment only to be told to just turn around because I wouldnt be seen that day was just totally unacceptable. How often do we as customers arrive for an appointment but still have to sit and wait to be seen? I was totally upset behind my experience with this office location and will be sure to pass the word.

Nicole helped me get my mother glasses. Will always go to her here on out.

My husband and I drove an hour after calling Visionworks to get his new glasses which is where we have shopped for the last 13 years. When we arrived a lady by the name of Bee was so rude and unkind we ended up leaving the store to do business at the competition. She told us we needed an appointment which we were not told on the phone when we called. And then she would not let us enter the store to browse through the frames, until she took our temperature. This wasnt a problem but instead of taking our temperature and allowing us to browse she left a stand at the front of the door and walked away and went and sat at a fitting booth with the customer who is also a walk-in. We thought we obviously had misunderstood so we went into the store to start looking around and she told us that we had to leave the store and stand out front until she she decided she was ready to take our temperature. Needless to say we walked out and kept on walking you lost a lifelong customer never to return.

This is a great place. Every time I’ve ever been in here the associates are so nice and helpful. They try to get you the best deal available. The eye doctor is wonderful. She’s so informative.

My entire experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my little Visionworks folder was excellent! Dr. Lancelin is the best optometrist I’ve ever had, seriously. She is patient and I immediately felt like I could trust her expertise. She has a calming personality and I felt like she would listen and answer any questions I had. I had a great experience at Visionworks in Alexandria. Retail 3rd Key, Patricia assisted my son with is very first pair of glasses. Patricia was very patient with my son & suggested great frames for him.

I absolutely LOVE the staff. They are extremely friendly and efficient! My appointment was scheduled for 10am, I was done for 11am. I’ve been to several eye doctors but this has been then best so far!

My husband and I both had an exam there today, and I have to say they have truly impressed us so far. The service was awesome from the time we arrived. The lady that got us all signed in was so polite and explained everything to us. The eye Dr was AMAZING!!! I have never had such a detailed exam and explanations about the whole process. To the young lady Mrs. ELAINE R. Who served 3rd key and assisted us in getting our new glasses, and shared her own experiences with us. We will be going back on the 20th to pick up our glasses, then I will share with this site the results of that experience. The only thing I wished was that they couldve completed the eye wear today, so we wouldnt have to go all the way back. However, I do understand totally. And again I give them 5 stars and will definitely refer them to many family and friends!!!

Picked up my glasses today - the right eye RX is not working! They took them back to the back area, talked a long time, and came back and forced me to try the glasses. The left eye RX is great! I just want my money back. I can see better without the glasses with the right eye than I can see with the glasses! Will NEVER use them again!!!!!
