Saw doctor Chaudray as a referral and when a procedure was scheduled, I didnt get the call from Heart and Vascular outpatient center, I called the afternoon before for my operation time and was told the Doctors office had never set it up, called doctors office and they didnt admit it but I think they forgot to schedule the procedure, causing me a problem due to requested time off work, and having to reschedule. On the reschedule the procedure couldnt be done due to kidney function and I have waited three weeks and after numerous call, finally gotten the referral to a nephrologist. The office is very unresponsive to phone calls.

Very friendly staff. We just waited for over 3 hours & still have not seen the doctor!
