I’ve been coming to this place for years due to the excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality service amongst other great things! The owner Cathy is such a sweet heart and always makes me feel welcome and valued. The staff members are very friendly as well. When I visit it’s always feels like I’m catching up with friends which I love! It’s been over 6 years and I’ve never had a bad experience ever! Highly recommend going here!

The owner Kathy discriminated my sister by the way she looks. Kathy took a look at my sister and decided she wasn’t fit for the job because of her looks and not her personality. That was very unprofessional and very rude of Kathy, who are you to judge someone simply because of the way they look. She was telling my sister that when people walk into her store they expect you to look a certain way. I HAVE NEVER ONCE ever experience something like this it’s truly upsetting. Kathy isn’t suited to be a boss. I can’t imagine how many girls she has put down simply because of their looks. She probably talks about her customers too if she’s saying stuff about her employees. Nobody should have to go through this. Mind you she talked about my sisters weight and how she needs more makeup, when my sister told me this I was in disbelief. She didn’t apologize to her either. If I were you I would suggest to go get your hair and nails done at a salon that actually treats you with true kindness.

Kathy the Owner makes rude comments about other people and the way they are and does not think about other people feelings. Just overall a horrible person that is not fit to run a business if she doesn’t even have the simple decency to treat people with kindness. It’s disappointing and upsetting.

This was my first experience receiving a facial and it was so worth it. I have always been self conscious about my black heads and dark bags under my eyes. Kathy took care of my needs and gave me detailed explanations onto how to solve this problem. Mind you Im 24 so her advice may vary depending on your age and skin. Maria at the front desk was cordial and professional. To any guys who are afraid of walking into a salon or spa dont be, open your wallet and I promise you the satisfaction when looking in the mirror will boost your confidence by 1,000,000 percent.

The owner of this store is very rude and unprofessional . I would not support a store that judges people based on how they look. Cause they could be talking about fellow customers behind there back as well. The owner talked down on my cousin based on her looks, I have never heard of a store doing this.very poor.

Great experience at Soleil Salon and Spa, absolutely in love with this balayage by stylist Melinda, she knew exactly what I was looking for and the results were much more than what I expected! Overall, so happy with the cut, trim and service. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy visiting this salon when Im in town. Ive been going this salon for nearly three years now. Melina does a great job with Balayage and I LOVE her blowouts. Shes genuinely kind and friendly and I appreciate the fact that shes made this my home-salon away from home!! Cathy does really nice facials and microderm abrasions. The facial treatments are always a nice treat when I have time. The salon is super clean and socially distanced now that its pandemic time. They clean every chair between customers. All of my personal experiences have been great at this salon. However, I would not recommend Jennifer. On my last visit, I brought my mom to get her hair done and she was assigned to Jennifer. She wasnt pleased in the end.

I have been going to Soleil Salon & Spa for about 1 year now. It came as a recommendation from a friend and being so close to where I live, I decided to give it a shot. Stylist, Christian is awesome! I have only gone to him for my haircuts and coloring. Hes very knowledgeable and listens to YOUR wants/needs, rather than doing what he thinks will work for you (as Ive experienced in the past with other stylists). The salon is beautifully designed, clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue Ive encountered has been with parking, but thats not something they can control. There are several other businesses that share the same parking lot, so it gets full quickly. However, there is street parking across the street. All and all, I highly recommend this salon and definitely recommend Christian.

Great place! I come here for a Brazilian Blowout every once in a while when I am in town. I am never disappointed in the results. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

I go to Christian, he does a great job on haircuts and color. Ive have medium length hair and alternate my cuts between him and Jennifer. Jennifer is great when you want a short lob. I also get my nails done there with Amy, she is good and efficient. The receptionist are also friendly.

I go here for manicures and pedicures. Amy is absolutely phenomenal! Ive gotten the most lovely nail designs which last a while.

Wonderful experience!I got my hair cut very short for the first time. My hair is curly naturally so Andy cut it wet to make sure it was an appropriate length. I got a blow dry afterwards and my hair looks awesome!!!! No flat iron needed.Thanks Andy!!!Pam

Jennifer is the best hair stylist Ive had. So consistently excellent. Her cuts grow out nicely, and even look good with minimal styling.

Went for a gel manicure, the technician didnt listen to me. I wanted my nails left long, nope they were chopped off, I asked her twice to quit cutting my cuticles, now I have painful cuts along my nails. She didnt seem to be able to position my hand to file my nails or be able to get the polish along the sides, I have polish all over my skin. The scrub was rough on my dry winter skin. Guess I will keep trying the other places in this plaza. $40+tip.

Christian did a great job with my wants for my hair . Definitely recommend going to the salon.

As a first time client, I was not happy and will not be returning. I came for partial highlights and was shocked when the stylist completed it. First of all, he could barely speak English. Secondly, he left a half an inch from my scalp and the color. And thirdly, when he was drying my hair, he had a hard time working the round brush and the hair dryer. He ended up pulling my hair. So far I have not been impressed with the local salons in my neighborhood.

Ive been coming to this Salon since their Grand Opening 10 yrs ago!This is an excellent, clean, beautiful, relaxing salon.Cathy - the owner- is amazing, warm, and caring with all her clients. The salon offers wonderful mani/pedis, facials, and hair services. They also sell high-end products.Amy is awesome with nails and facials - very meticulous.Christian has been my hair stylist for 7 yrs - hes an expert in cuts and color.I saw some negative review on here about Cathys hiring practices, I feel thats wrong since she is super inclusive (her salon has all different races employees) and professional. She cannot hire everyone that comes through the door - she needs to be selective based on budget and needs.
