This place is very unprofessional! I spoke with Annie who completely closed the door on my face and would not except me in because they were going to close in 10 minutes. She laughed and closed the door. I will not be going back!

Excellent place to do your eyebrows. I was in and out in no time and my eyebrows look exactly as I wanted them to.

Warning: Long review.I used to love this place, had been coming here every few weeks to get my eyebrows done, but the last two experiences have led me to vow never to visit this place again.Last December, my sister was in town and I convinced her to get her eyebrows done at Shapes with me as I had previously raved about it. I noticed that the usual lady who does my eyebrows wasnt there but figured that since this place had great reviews, that this new lady would be just as good or even better. I got my eyebrows done and after taking a look into the mirror noticed that one eyebrow was slightly bigger than the other and asked her to fix it. She rudely said that she didnt think that there was anything wrong until I pointed out what was wrong. When I was done, I went up to my sister so that she could check them out and she said that she wasnt getting them done.Then today, I went to Shapes again in hopes that the lady who usually does my eyebrows was there. She was not, but I went ahead and got my eyebrows done by the lady who did them back in December thinking that she was having an off day the last time -- shame on me for making an excuse for her. I hadnt gotten my eyebrows done in a few months in order to grow them out as I usually have the best results when there is more to work with. After I got my eyebrows done, I noticed that they were uneven but decided to pay and went into my car for a closer inspection. Thats when I noticed that my eyebrows were uneven and thats when the regret set in.My eyebrows arent twins but they look like sisters when done correctly. But this time, my eyebrows look like they belong to two different people. My right eyebrow is naturally thicker and is usually the bigger brow, height-wise. This time around, it was at least two millimeters shorter where the brow begins and it had a higher arch compared to the left. Im so embarrassed since my boyfriend noticed and will be filling my eyebrows for the time being.I attached a photo for reference.

Used to come here all the time and loved the place. I moved out of the area so I stopped going. When I returned I noticed the lady who used to do my eyebrows no longer worked there. I was not happy with the results but thought maybe the new lady was having a bad day. Went back a couple of weeks later and had the same experience. Also there weren’t any other customers either so that should have given me a clue

This is my first time at shapes, I went to the shop looking at the reviews , I did notice one long bad review , but since it had so many positive comments thought the place will be good. I had such a bad experience. I went at 6.30 while the shop closing was 7. When I reached the store , the lady looked at me as if she was not happy with customers coming in.She immediately when and turned off the open sign!!!Later I went in , she dint even look at my face , I had never had such a back experience as I entered any shop.I was waiting for my turn, she dint even say anything, later she did my eyebrows in rush.I quickLy checked and came out. Again I checked my eyebrows in proper light , it looked uneven,and there are lots of extra hair , which I couldnot figure out since there was no proper light in that shop.This lady is extremely unprofessional. Stay away from Shapes!

The girls are very nice and caring. I trust them blindly with my eyebrows. The line does get long sometimes and that takes a while since most time there is only 1 person working.

Please update your times. I showed up on a Saturday(yesterday) at 5:14 and she was closed. I walked to the door and she was on the phone counting money and waved to me no. The time says 8pm.

I will be returning regularly to get my eyebrows threaded here. The technician is friendly and efficient, and the $12.00 cost is reasonable. It is in a conveniently located shopping center. No appointment required.

Been here numerous times and it’s a good price for the work being done however listed hours are not at all accurate. Supposed to open at 11, yet is not. Disappointing.

I have been here 3 times it’s a lovely place very kind and very quick I never wait as soon as I go in I’m immediately taken care of.I have had many problems with my eyebrows when I was younger... traumatic honestly ... so I was nervous to get my eyebrows done people were like you would look so cute with your eyebrows shaped I said heckkk noo😂😂😂😂 over my dead body... but then I was like I am not going to let the past haunt me... so I got my eyebrows done last yr and I loved it 😍😍😍this lady was so nice and calm with me... I felt comfortable with her touching my eyebrows.... fast forward last Friday it was the same lady .... she did my eyebrows again I looked so good oooweeee I felt so bad and still do my face looks so much formed 😍😍😍but I was kinda annoyed because I saw my right eyebrow has a higher arch than the left eyebrow I don’t kno if it’s just how my eyebrows are naturally are but it kinda looks weird but not really but yea lol

Two Sisters own this establishment. Both are very good at their profession and are nice people.

Annie and her sister do amazing jobs on my brows everytime! I do not let anyone else touch them anymore lol
