Joi is excellent. Shes straight forward, doesnt believe in big chops if youre wondering, but cut most of my hair off into a cut I loved when leaving after coming in afraid for my life. She even let me take a picture of my hair for memories. Shes very informative and walks you through all your hair care needs and instructions. She sells the products you need within the salon. Theyre definitely more expensive than a store run for products but the quality is definitely BETTER, will last me months and is convenient. You can book appts on her website and payment is due for the service upfront when you book. She was great to book me for a last minute appointment on her website the day before. Ive already booked my second appointment, and have to go about once a month. Joi will get to know you and tell you what you need no frills, shes talented and precise which I like. She does an array of services, both men and women and is a licensed BARBER too! Pay attention to the fact that she has to approve your appointment before youre charged and confirmed, its definitely worth it!

Joi came highly recommended by a friend and I agree that the safety measures were solid and I felt safe from a covid perspective. However, she took a personal call right when she started cutting hair and cut about 6 inches more than we discussed....right before my maternity photoshoot and she cut way more layers than I wanted so it will require more maintenance (and I cant put it all up in a pony a few weeks away from having a baby). After a few washings I was so frustrated that I cut some of the odd ones myself and I consider it a waste of $100 and my biotin infused healthy pregnancy hair.

Phenomenal service. Cool as you know what. And knows what she is doing. I will be returning.

Never disappointed and love that Joi can get you in and out, she does not overbook! I love the variety of her clientele and her positive energy is always inviting.

OMG! I moved here a few weeks ago and was very worried I wouldnt find a reputable hairstylist until I visited Joi. Im over the moon with her capabilities I absolutely 100% love her and her staff. Its been a week and my hair still looks like she did it. She gave me tips to keep it looking nice and let me repeat AND she is the first stylist that understood how to work with fine thinlimp hair...love love love Joi Dreams! 😍😍😍

Absolutely disgusting excuse for service. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to myself and others. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wanted to be treated respectfully.

Ive tried other hair dressers, and yet I always return to Joi. Both extremely knowledgeable & seasoned in dealing with all hair types.
