I was looking for a hairstylist in the Alexandria area knowledgeable in natural haircare. I found Angie’s Hair Studio on Google. After reading reviews, I decided to call and book an appointment for a silk press and trim. I spoke with Mrs. Angie and was informed I would have to pay a deposit to secure an appointment. With the current climate and being a new client, it was understanding. The deposit was also deducted from the final price which was very reasonable.Mrs. Angie was so personable, respectful, and considerate of each of her client’s time. She informed me of every product she placed into my hair, explaining its benefits. When I tell you I left out of there Hawaiian Silky! You couldn’t tell me nothing! BEST SILK PRESS EVER! My hair is so soft and shiny. It has been 5 days and my hair has yet to frizz or begin to revert. I look forward to booking with Mrs. Angie again.

Angie is an awesome stylist. I have natural hair and don’t always like to wear it, so she has done many quick weaves for me and she’s the best at it! She has also silk pressed my natural hair and I loved it! Angie’s skills are very versatile & she will meet your hair needs!

Angie’s Hair Studio is a very professional and beautiful salon. She rarely allow anyone do my daughter or my hair besides my mom. However, when I want professional services, Angie’s is where I go, and she hasn’t ever disappointed.

The owner Angie is fabulous. Shes an experienced beautician with so much to offer. You want be disappointed going to see her or any of the other beauticians in this shop.

Angela and her family have the friendliest hair salon I have ever been to. Angela is professional while also having the ability to connect to anyone walking in the door. I was happy with her work and Ill definitely be back.

Everyone is pretty nice. One cosmetologist forgets what she tells you or offers you. Which we do all make mistakes. But this last time I went she didnt do the braids tight enough and it all started falling apart 1 week after it was done. I know braids are suppose to last longer than that. I pray blessings on them. But I wont be back.

Angie’s Hair Salon is a great Salon. The owner Angela “Angie Faye” LaCour is a real down to earth loving and relatable her spirt makes you feel like you known her for years!! And her staff is the same way ! They specialize in Healthy hair for all ages, it’s pretty much a one stop shop for your hair needs. I asked how much a trim would be, and she didn’t tell exact price. Went there for just a trim and she told me it was a “cut” then overcharged me afterwards.
