Superb service. The staff members are super friendly, caring and attentive. They are very informative and answer any and all questions you may have, concerning your visit. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The office is clean and there is a sense of privacy.If you need this service, I would highly recommend Alexandria Womans Clinic. I took my daughter here to receive an emotional and physical treatment, for any woman, let alone a young girl, and I expected more courteous care and support based on my phone calls and reviews. Instead she received intolerable service. The bedside manner was deplorable and rude. They dont allow anyone to go back with them which is insensitive at best and secretive at worst. The appointment, which was made two weeks in advance, was delayed by one hour without apology nor explanation. There was obvious discrimination towards those who were not of Hispanic descent. When they thought she was recording their behavior, as would be her right, they insisted she delete the video in their presence, to which was not their right to do so given she was not intruding upon anyone elses privacy. I will ensure punishment for this deplorable disservice to my daughter and prevent it from happening to another young woman. The doctor, in particular, is an absolute disgrace to womankind and humanity. Karma is on its way.

Poor patient care. The doctor with the blonde hair was rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. The staff poorly explained procedures and medications and other pertinent information. During such a sensitive situation there was a lack of concern or compassion for the patient. They have you wait over an hour to been seen, then rush you once youre back there. The waiting area, the entire facility, has a poor atmosphere and is severely under-kept...which is visible as soon as you enter. They do not allow cell phones or anyone else in the back for emotional support and will snatch your phone if you have it. Truly absurd. This clinic is a waste of time and should be shut down. promptly. This should not be considered as a option. Please trust me. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Caring experience with the staff. They are all very helpful and make sure you are comfortable. They answer any questions you have during youe visit and they even helped me to my car. They also offered after hours help if needed. I would recommend this place if you need help.

My experience here was very quick and easy. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They dont make a big deal about it and all the guilt I felt just melted away as soon as I spoke to the staff. The doctor remembered me every time I returned and made me feel like a friend and spoke to me with respect. No long wait, very organized office!

By far the best group of providers and staff Ive come across during my pregnancy. They were always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible at each visit. The staff is outstanding. I have never had such great experiences in a doctors office before with timeliness and efficiency of the staff. They were always prompt and polite to return phone calls as well. Dr. Lafleur is an excellent physician and I highly recommend her to anyone expecting.If you are looking around for an OB/GYN office this is honestly the best.

First of all, making this decision is so hard to begin with, but the staff at Alexandria Womens Health Clinic are so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable through out the whole process. I was beyond impressed with my experience at this clinic. Alexandria Womens Health Clinic provides a clean, safe, understanding, sympathetic and a private practice environment. They were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations.

Let me tell you and im going to brag about my experience at this place. Before i walked into this place i went to two of the worst abortion clinics in the whole state of Virginia. I had to walk out due to how the place looked and the staff with the most ugliest customer service. By time i walked into this place, the environment was clean and the staff really took me by my hand and made me feel comfortable with this hard decision i was making at the time. The staff was very nurturing and caring and they get the job done fast and your out of there. I dont support abortions, i dont. but for personal reasons i had to make my decision and im glad i made my decision with this clinic. Please ladies if your scared and dont know what to do, come here! this place is great for taking care of us women on hard decisions like this.. Thanks Alexandria Womens Health Clinic!

I do agree that the after feeling is a lifetime. Itll never leave you mentally or emotionally. The staff was very friendly & informative but nothing can take away the thoughts you have afterwards.Update: I still think about what my child couldve been. It hurts cause even tho I felt it was the right decision at the moment it hurts to know that I have 3 children that wouldve helped me with the 4th but financially I didnt want to bring another child into this world knowing I often struggle with the 3 I have. This feelinisg is so unforgiving. Rap it up guys or use birth control.Update 11/19/19. I rarely come back to read my reviews but I always feel confident that a update on this review could possibly help someone at least understand the feelings afterwards. So yes I still think about my child. It hurts too. To this day, even though I feel I did it for all the right reasons I sometimes say no reason can justify my actions and no excuse can change the fact or pain. No its not emotionally beating me down but I do every so often feel like damn why did I do that. All I know for a fact is, that in my mind, I did the right thing but in my heart I know I couldve been more faith strong and kept my child. Everyone has their opinions but I just wasnt ready to bring another child in this world that I can barely provide for with a man I dont see a future with.Update: 05/15/2021 I randomly think about the abortion but not as much as the times before. Its like damn I wouldve had 4 kids. I really love kids but I was just scared to have another deadbeat baby daddy. I feel better but the what ifs still lingers from time to time. Like I said before its not emotionally beating me down but its definitely an unforgettable moment.

I dont even think she is a real doctor. she just know how to get rid of your baby, and i have seen a lot of girls coming out with pain and vomiting. i dont recommend any one to go there, if you have to go, choose another place. she is very cheap and scam artist.
