If I could give a negative star I would. I have been a customer of Halo for years, and I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. And one would think that after being such a loyal customer I would be treated better. There was some confusion today about my appointment time. Instead of getting a phone call, I received a text message stating I was “a no show.” I immediately called to inquire, while I am en route and about 5 minutes from Halo, and I was told by Rosie that my appointment was at 1:00, and they marked me as a no-show and charged my card $30! I explained and asked if I could still be seen, as it was 1:15 and I was 5 minutes away. I was going in for a laser hair removal appointment which only takes about 15 minutes anyway. I was told no and she was rude. I will no longer be a customer. I will spend money at a different Med spa who treats their customers better.

II lost my money and my time for nothing. Amanda told me i ONLY need 1 treatment...(wrong kit set) On first consultation, that was made by amanda and she explained the whole procedure to me, she said I would only need 1 bbl photo facial treatment. I used the cream set before my first appointment. by the way they were the wrong products. my first treatment was done by Gisel. I had to return in a month, because i still had the brown spot. They made me buy the correct creams. They insist to buy the creams (which by the way, they are not cheap). On my second appt, was done my amanda. Which she didnt even protect my eyes. She only put the cream on my brown spot.. i was there for maybe 5 mins with amanda in the procedure room.. On September 29, i went one again, and they told me they couldnt continue with my procedure and i had to pay the full amount again. I refused to pay.. i am really disappointed with the owner and staff.. they are not on the same page and they lie to you just to get you money.. I DO NOT recommend this SPA.. i still have the brow spot on my face

I absolutely love seeing Trese!! She is very professional, understanding and informative! She has continued to show that she truly cares about her clients and doesn’t treat you like another number. I was very apprehensive about getting any sort of work done. I made an appointment with Gina. She was so kind and helpful. She talked me through the procedure and let me know what to expect afterwards. I got a lip filler and Botox. It came out amazing! Very natural looking! I highly recommend going to Gina.

Gina is amazing with injectables! Today she did a lip flip on me and it was amazing. She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel very comfortable being that I was a first timer.Definitely recommend her for any injectables!!!

If I could leave more stars, I would. My experience with Ismelda was incredible! I was so nervous to do anything to my face. Let alone under eye filler, but Lord knows I needed it! Ismelda, was very thorough, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She let me know everything upfront. She gave her recommendations, no pressure at all! Amanda is incredible. She does great botox and I got a nice tooth gem that has lasted forever! Trese did my dermaplaning and it was a great first time experience. I loved it! Wonderful results. She was very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place.

As a gift to my wife, I took her in to Halo Med Spa for her to have her desired facial treatments done. She chose to get Botox and to have laser treatments, on her face, to reduce the appearance of sun spots.My wife received one laser treatment and right before her second treatment everything was shut down due to COVID. Amanda communicated throughout the shut down and made certain to reschedule the procedures as soon as they opened back up. She went above and beyond to make certain that my wife was pleased with the results and followed up with her following the procedures. My wife was pleased with the results and I can tell a difference in the appearance of her skin. Amanda and her staff are courteous and professional and we are glad that we went to Halo Med Spa to get these procedures done.

I was very excited to get my lips done, something Ive been wanting for a long time and have followed California cosmetics, lip bunny, Dr Miami and Dr feel good for years. Maybe my expectations were high but I am not happy with my lips. Everyone there was kind and prompt, customer service was on point, however, After my first visit and a full syringe my lips were very full and uneven. I went for a second visit to get them fixed, which I also had to pay for, and the areas that were smaller are now more full than the other areas. I wanted to keep my lip shape, already had a bigger bottom lip, now my lips are completely different. They are noticeably uneven and look filled. Def not what I imagined $1,100 lips would look like. Very unsatisfied, hopeful that they go back to normal after 15 months.

Amanda and Imelda were so helpful in my decision making. This beautiful location and staff was the best fit for me... The music was just low enough for comfort, the rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and everything is sanitized. Imelda asked questions and gave a great consultation and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure.Thank you ladies.

I was referred by a friend to HALO. Last week was my first appointment with Amanda at Halo Med Spa. I was nervous with COVID but was very relieved that everyone was wearing masks and very professional and punctual. I had a photo facial for brown spots I had on my face. Amanda did amazing at explaining how it works and what the brown spots were. A few days later they were gone and my skin looks amazing. I am definitely going back. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

I went in after getting a gift card for my birthday. I wanted for Amanda to address my skin issues. she took her time, and came up with a detailed plan for all of the issues I was wanting corrected on my face. We started with a vampire facial. I had never had a desire to get one. To me .. vampire facials had a bad reputation and seemed too expensive. I’m so glad I trusted her and her expertise. My skin looks years younger. I’m so happy with the results.

I recently had my second laser facial for scars on my face. WOW the difference they have made is amazing. I have tried other things like needling and that never helped so I came and saw Amanda at Halo and she recommended the laser. I see like 80% improvement already off only 2.

The facility is clean and beautiful!! Rayven was AMAZING! She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and addressed all my skin concerns. Everyone in this place looks like a freaking model. I felt awkward at first because I’m no where near that beautiful. By the time I left not only was the price amazing but I felt just as beautiful as everyone in the spa. I’m definitely returning and I purchased products they recommended based on my skin. Not just the “Hey but this this & this” tackiest. She even told me not to buy one I wanted to buy. She said “You don’t need that one based on your skin” that was awesome. I even purchased gift cards and all of my family are so excited. I guess they can see a clear change. I want to personally thank Amanda because she is the one that got me started. I went to Amanda because I had acne scars and used to wear a ton of make up to cover them up. Amanda has helped improve my scars by like 85% so far and i have gained so much confidence back. While I was there she also told me about injections she does for weight loss after I was expressing to her that I needed to lose weight. I have lost 15 lbs in the past month from the injections she gave me and havent changed my daily routine. I wish I could give more than 5 stars she is amazing, friendly, and really cares about the client instead of selling things that dont work for a ton of money. I have had really bad acne since I was a teen and have tried everything the doctors have prescribed without any luck. I saw Halo Med Spa online and saw that they did acne treatment. I went and met with Amanda and her friendly staff who are all great. My skin today is clear! I havent had clear skin for as long as I can remember! I am excited to now work on my scars from acne. The chemical peel I got with Rayven was amazing. I struggle with dry skin and she knew exactly what my skin needed to get me a dewy glow. She is professional and knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares for her clients! I highly recommend seeing her for all your skin care needs.

Went in for a medical grade peel, Amanda said it was going to be painful, that Id need a prescription to calm me after the peel. Paid 55.00 to buy a prepping cream to prep my skin for the next 30 days prior to the peel. Day of peel I went to get themedical grade peel. What a crock of BS. No burning , tingling whatsoever, Ive had peels before that were not considered medical grade and I felt them. Whatever Amanda put on me was not a medical grade, much less any type of peel. There was no sloughing, or peeling, no tightness of skin after. Will never return here again, not when the proprietor is dishonest about what shes going to do and does not do it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and highly upset that I spent 110.00 in total and gave her a tip after the non peel. Thanks for nothing halo med spa.

Halo Med Spa is the best place in Albuquerque. The staff is kind and efficient. My skin has never looked better . I also did the b -12 shots with Rachell and my energy is back to normal and I even lost some weight !! Great job ladies !

Although it looks like she’s knows what she doing. She’s not professional. The day of my appointment I went to the wrong address since the Groupon provided me that one (which she provided Groupon with), I realized it was the wrong place so I got 15 minutes late to the right address. Even though I tried calling her several times to tell her what was going on, she never picked up. When I got there she said I was late and that since she had never done a service for me, she did know if she could do it on time and that she didn’t want to delay her other appointments. I proceeded to tell her I had never had a problem with Brazilian waxes and that they always took about 15 minutes to get it done. She would not provide me with the service even though she had plenty of time to do it since the appointment was an hour long. Instead of having a positive attitude and start waxing me right away to not lose time, she would just not do it and said we would have to reschedule. I really needed to get it done since I had to be waxed for the next day, and she didn’t have anything available until the following week.It’s a shame that these local businesses do this kind of thing. So I wouldn’t recommend this place and I canceled my Groupon which I had purchased for 3 services with her.I ended up going to another place where it’s only by appointment but made an exception and waxed me between appointments! “Brazilian Waxing Boutique” highly recommended.

I initially visited Halo for dermaplaning, using the Groupon. That was a year ago. I see these ladies EVERY MONTH. The services they offer are top of the line. I am now getting microneedling with PRP (vampire facial). Im loving the results. They make everything that seems scary, so easy. They are so professional. I love Trese and Amanda. The results I see from my PRP have surpassed my expectations. But even more, their professionalism and genuine consideration for both the physical and mental health of their clients, is supreme. I love Halo Med Spa.
