This place is amazing!!! our first appointment could not have gone better. from the nice women that checked us in to the nurse to the provider. every level made us feel comfortable and cared for. you may think well thats whats supposed to happen but unfortunately thats not always the case but here it is.my daughter just got out of her sleep study a couple of months after our first appointment and Andrew was amazing with my 7 year old. I am beyond grateful for him and everyone here making this experience as easy and not so scary for my daughter. thank you!

I underwent a sleep study here in December 2019 and was happy with the service and overall comfort of the room. It was much more private and unintrusive than I had expected. The sleep tech was respectful and I felt comfortable the whole time.

I have seen Dr. Boxer multiple times, and he has been great. I am so thankful to have him as my sleep specialist. He spends as much time with me as I need, and he takes my concerns seriously. I have made drastic improvements to my sleep and how I feel during the day under his care.

I haven’t actually been seen yet (I will be seen in March of 2019 at the Rio Rancho location), but I just wanted to say that Jennifer (who helped me schedule my appointment) was fantastic! She scheduled and then rescheduled me two times without complaint. Plus, my phone connection was bad and she was so calm about not being able to understand me. Generally just a very helpful and kind individual. Thank you!

Lied about cost of the sleep study, that unsurprisingly came back inconclusive so more testing needed. No one there that picks up the phone can answer a question so it becomes guess which number you need to call, because in 2019 transferring a phone call is too difficult. What a joke. Zero stars, they dont deserve the one. Great place to waste your money and time!

My life has changed so much since being diagnosed with sleep apnea and get my c-pap machine. I was exhausted all of the time. I fell asleep randomly, even on the phone while working as a customer service representative. Now, I sleep 7-8 hours a night and wake up refreshed. I was able to go back to school and work towards my degree. Sleeping in the clinic isn’t fun. They have to hook you up to electrodes and possibly have them come in in the middle of the night to put a mask on you to see if it helps. However, one uncomfortable night is worth the change to your life. I used to stop breathing 150 times an hour, now it’s only once an hour.

To find the Sleep Disorders Center, just follow the signs to the Emergency Room. Sleep Disorders is located through the same entrance. The review that mentions bedbugs is for the High Resort location of this clinic, and not for this clinic location. That error makes the whole review questionable.

BEWARE!! BEDBUGS HERE!!! I let them know I got bedbugs while at their sleep center and they called me back a week later saying they had an exterminator go out there and he didnt find any evidence. Ive only slept in two places: home every night and there ONE night. Next morning I woke up with, what I thought, was an allergic reaction to the paste they put on their nodes. I itched for two days and went to my primary care doc and he said bedbugs. I dont have any new bites so conclusion is High Resort has bedbugs!! They denied it, of course.

Extremely not child friendly bedside manner by night sleep study technician....appt for son was at 7:45p & equipment was not begun putting on him til 10pm(she was orderly & very not child friendly while applying wires/paste/tape to very overtired/bloodshot eyes boy who was kept awake 2&1/2 hrs past normal bedtime)...I was NOT told I could not take off sons wires/electrodes in morning & he SO desperately wanted them off( I went out of room to try & find her at 5:15am), I was NOT told where call button was night before so I took wires off my son-she reprimanded me significantly for doing so-it was an honest mistake on my part thinking sleep study is over as hes awake & I couldnt find her so I VERY gently took things off him-she was beyond RUDE & didnt offer my son toy as promised if did good-I was very tired & hurt after being treated so horribly for an unintentional mistake & my son cried on the way home wanting toy-If you get her as your technician , tread easily!
