Just started going here my first day I was 40 minutes late and they still let me start the program most places would of turned me away during intake I thought I would be there all day but there quick I would recommend this place everyone very nice and helpful......

After being clean for 3 years they accused me of taking 2 different drugs, 1 I hadnt taken in well over 3 years and the other I had never taken in my life. They waited to tell me the day before I was to come back in. Counselors rotate in and out like a revolving door. They offer no way to defend yourself or, apparently, any leniency. Their drug testing is apparently cut rate if a perfectly clean person can return false positives. They require all patients do an extra hour of counseling but in a group setting no exceptions but this is not a state or federal requirement. The only reason for the extra counseling is so the owner can charge you or your insurance twice. If you value rehabilitation or staff that cares DO NOT even consider intake from this clinic.Charlotte, the co-owner has ruined what was apparently one of if not the best methadone clinics in Albuquerque. Bottom line of Courageous Transformations is their bottom line. Charlottes greed (a sin) has completely transformed this facility into a tumor on the Albuquerque treatment landscape. Even if you are religeous, look elsewhere.Again, if you value yourself as more than a means to an end for a greedy uncaring, unfeeling, unfriendly owner look elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you dont enjoy false positive drug screens ruining years of effort.If I could give them 0 stars for wasting 3 years of my life I would.

This place is awful. I have been ping here for 2 hear now. .and they continue to act outside of regulations then scramble to get back in check which in turn screws with the patients. They do more damage then good and have been no help during my courageous transformation. I am 2 years clean now and the only time I feel like.using is after going ti the clinic

I started here on 11/07/2017.. I have never used again. I went a 11/2 Yrs and got clean. Then about 6 months later felt I needed a bit more help and went back for 6 more months. I got off again and still clean. I would go back 1000 more times if I felt I needed it. My husband and been on the program over 3 yrs .. I know we both would have been dead by now if it wasnt for this place .. And our commitment to change our lifes. If you really want to get clean work the steps.. Im living proof it works!! Good luck to everyone out there fighting this awful fight.. You all can do it.. I did!!!

Terrible, awful and no good. Greedy.

These people never answer phone and expect you to schedule a group meeting (Impossible for ppl with take homes) They treat you and call you by the # they assigned to u when enrolled and don’t bother to learn ur name. The staff are ok but seem to always look down upon you. If you spew a dose out you can FORGET about them trying to help you out. When you get a decent counselor it seems like they just quit. Ive never seen a counselor or nurse stay for more than a few months. Strange

I give it 3 stars because of all the Hoops I had to jump through when I Transferred from Five Points to Courageous T. Once all the intake and the counseling meetings are done in the first 1 to 2 weeks everythings Suave!! Give me my methadone and then IAM out the Door!!

The only good thing I can say about coerageus transformations is they are very fast with courtsey doseing but anything else other than that they are extremely incompetent. Wow its comical really.

I need to find out if they are open tomorrow

All of the staff are nice its a good place to go to if you need it the tile says it.

This place is amazing!!! It has been a journey and the staff here are beautiful people inside an out !! You have to exercise patience while going thru this process ....if u can do that u will be just fine..trust me !! Thanks courageous!!!

A very positive, clean, and uplifting place. Courageous Transformations has given me the ability to get my life on the right track.

The biggest decision I’ve made this year was to walk away from painkillers while still being in a large amount of pain. I woke up one day just tired of the routine and worried about getting sick, that’s when I decided to call Courageous Transformations, I went in on a Monday at 7am and the whole Intake process was quite easy they even gave me a dose while waiting for the dr. The entire staff there is amazing from Drs to receptionist, it’s a clean environment and this has been the best choice I’ve made for myself in a while, and this is the best possible place I could have chosen to move forward with! If your reading these comments and wondering should I call, or I’ll wait until tomorrow: don’t wait to go in there and call ASAP (but it’s best to go in)- Tomorrow is not promised and as I mentioned before the staff is amazing no fear of judgment and I don’t think I’ve ever once waited in line for meds longer than 15 minutes!

I love it, they are here to help if you are serious about getting clean

Does anybody know if They are open easter Sunday 2018. They didnt tell me anything this morning about being closed tomorrow.

That place is awful rude to ppl that are tryingto get clean.staff is rude dont go there there is much better places to go get help
