I booked an appointment here the day before and when I showed up no one was ready. The lady kept leaving the room to get items that she did not have and she kept checking her phone. The massage experience was the worst Ive ever experienced. I would not use the word relaxing to describe it I would use something more along the lines of abusive. It was almost as if I was getting a massage by a robot who had been programmed to give massages by someone who has never seen a human before. I tried to keep an open mind and stayed through the whole 60 minutes despite wanting to get up and leave. I left the massage parlor feeling angry instead of relaxed. If you really want to come to this massage parlor please let me know so I can have you restrained until you regain your sanity and you can pay the $75 to me instead.

I have a lot of stiffness and hip pain and the gentlemen was able to work out all stiffness and almost all my pain I was able to go shopping without pain afterwards. Incase you are wondering they are very much following covid safety and sanitary guidelines. This is my second time going here and each time it has been very pleasant it is hard to communicate due to the language barrier but overall I was able to know what he needed from me and the ladies are so sweet... thank you Mrs.Dewey, I will be back again hopefully not to soon... 😂

It wasnt terrible, but it wasnt great either. It was mostly weird. Now, I will say that I have never gotten any Chinese or Japanese style massages before, I have always gone to places like Massage Envy or private practice licensed massage therapists... I just happened to be in town and wanted to find a non-sketchy massage place. So maybe some of the strange methods are simply a difference in style. But, he put this weird oxygen tube in my nose which I didnt feel like did anything and it was very uncomfortable and left a huge mark on my face for hours afterward. He kept bending my arms and legs at crazy angles and theres no way he could have done that with someone who is not flexible, he would have hurt them. There was no massage oil or lotion except for my face and hands, he massaged through the sheet. They were nice, but very very little English spoken, which made it a little difficult to know what he was trying to tell me to do and to communicate what I wanted. All in all, not awful but probably wouldnt go back. Except for maybe a foot or hand massage. However, that being said, if all of this sounds normal to you and you like this style of massage, then maybe it was just me... :)

Really great quality Chinese medicinal massage, for a great price. Ive been coming here for a few months and I must say its my favorite massage spot in Albuquerque. Very friendly staff of professionally trained massage therapists. Somehow they always find my stiff or sore areas just by touch, and so their best to alleviate the problem. The environment is very clean, and the lighting and soft music make it so relaxing. Highly recommended!

I paid for an hr foot and body massage but had to wait 20 mins to get started. She was not prepared, walking away to grab towels and paper towels making my massage only 30 mins. Lastly, my back is worst than before. Thanks Zen for making my birthday painful.

My neck and back were so stiff I couldnt turn my head much. He asked me what I was there for and recommended I do 30 minutes hydro-therapy/20 massage. I didnt really know what I signed up for to be honest but he took me to the back and had me put tubes hooked to the machine in my nose. Within the first 5 minutes I could move my neck again, 45 minutes later I was still sore but had full range of motion again. He offered me water every time he checked up on me which was often. After the massage I was dazed and delighted. Will definitely be back again. Hes very knowledgeable about his craft, I wish Id caught his name.

Best massage Ive ever had. It was very thorough, the masseuse worked my entire body. It felt great. I also think the value is good at $45/hr. Ive paid $60+ for massages that werent as good. If you want to pamper yourself, definitely pay this place a visit.

Purchased Groupon for Couples Massage for Valentines Day. Called the number and left about 3 messages before getting in touch with the person who scheduled the appointment. I did not realize that the spa is located in the Coronado mall next to the food court, which should have been a red flag for me at the beginning. Appointment was scheduled for 10:20 AM, but no one arrived to open the shop until about 10:30. My husband and I were taken back to a very cold room that reminded us of a broom closet with two creaky massage tables and very thin sheets. We waited about 10 more minutes until the massage therapists came in to begin the massage. During the massage, one of the therapists answered her cell phone and carried on a telephone conversation for another good 10 minutes-- while continuing the massage with one hand. The quality of massage was not very good, overall. There was quite a bit of light hitting/tapping over the body and head, which really wasnt very pleasant at all. At the end of the massage, we dressed and made our way up to the front of the spa and the therapist calculated our tip that we were apparently supposed to pay. We tipped $20 total, which we didnt really feel was deserved for the experience and quality we received. Had I gone alone, I honestly would have been scared. Definitely will not be going back.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.... Asked for a deep tissue massage and ended up getting a light rub down.... also durning the massage he kept trying to pop random joints.... I finally said something to him because it was actually hurting... not only that, he was constantly getting up during my massage to talk on the phone.. so that was frustrating... and lastly when my friend and I were done paying the lady at the counter had the audacity to ask for a tip.... hahah.. I get that it’s not a world class spa but damn, the customer service is something else....

Made appointment for a couples massage with a Groupon. No one speaks English. Massage was amazing. There is a large sign stating that you cannot have your phone on, but our masseuses his phone would not stop ringing. The barrage of notifications and even stopped what he was doing to make a phone call. There was also a mandatory $15 per masseuse tip. I do not recommend this place!

60min Couples massage was only 45min. Talking on the phone and texting during our massage was so rude and it was hard to relax as they talked to each other the whole time as well. Ive had 6 massages prior to this from instructors/teachers and this was by far the worst one ever. Requested oil but she only used it on my back, pulling the rest of my skin on my body. Lots of banging on the walls. And a mandatory 20$ tip for this poor service plus tax. 😓 wanted to love it, sorry

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. I made the appointment a couple weeks ago. When we went in for our appointment the two guys there had no idea what we were talking about. They had us sit down and wait for about 10 to 15 minutes while they made a phone call. They were talking in a different language so I dont know what was said. All of a sudden they take us to a back room and leave. There was no communication whatsoever about anything. The room was very noisy you could hear stuff that was going on all around. The whole setting was not relaxing whatsoever. They started to massage and then they started talking to each other. They had one very thin sheet to for us to cover ourselves. I was very uncomfortable. I tried to give them a chance. The massage itself was awkward and painful. At the end, my fiance and I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It was the worst massage experience we have ever had. No hospitality, professionalism, communication, etc.

Its a great place here in Coronado Mall.. after walking the mall get a massage its always nice leaving feeling relaxed.

Got the groupon deal for a couples massage for $69 for my Fiancées birthday.Read through all the terms and nothing about a pre-determined tip or service fee was written. Then I got my confirmation that talked about a pre-determined tip because our customers are awesome.I have no problem leaving a tip depending on the service (which I was already nervous about because of other reviews on this place) but when I called to schedule the appointment, I told them I had a groupon voucher but was told I had to pay a mandatory $20 per person when I got there.Very shady and it made me cancel my order. Id rather spend more cash at a more professional location like Lotus day spa or Bettys spa. Those people deserve a good tip.

Didn’t have a good experience me and my boyfriend went together and I told them my back hurt near my shoulder and the guy the whole time rubbed my ass and barely rubbed my back. I ask my boyfriend if they even touched him on his ass and he said no the guy only rubbed his back and legs. It was a waste of my $45 I will never go back wish I could give a no star to this place. Now going somewhere else to actually get my back rubbed rather than my ass!!!!
