Nick has a very calming demeanor and was extremely professional throughout the entire appointment. I had a one hour intuitive massage and Nick was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew that I could communicate with him if anything was uncomfortable at any point. I have had a few massages with Nick before when he worked at the gym I go to and he’s always provided such great service. It’s no different and his location now. His new space is great! It’s set up in a nice room with relaxing lighting and music. The temperature of the room and table are comfortable and he makes sure you feel relaxed. I went in for neck and upper back discomfort and got a 1 hour massage. He did a great job hitting my target areas and releasing the tension that had been giving me headaches. His level of expertise is exceptional and he provides individual care every time. He uses different techniques that your body needs specifically including deep tissue, cupping, heat therapy and aromatherapy (just to name a few).His pricing is fair and you don’t have to worry about carrying cash because he takes debit and credit cards! Great experience!!! Really great mix of reiki and deep tissue and other modalities. I’m a reiki level 2 and certified masseuse so I guess I’m picky about my massage experience but this has been so far best massage I’ve ever received ! Nick is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and is a great massage therapist.Nick advertises intuitive massage and healing, and that is a very true description. He is incredibly intuitive and every session feels adaptive to what my body needs that day. I go in regularly for more of a deep tissue/myofascial type massage which has become very important to me. These regular appointments, paired with a couple of lifestyle changes, keep headaches and migraines at bay - which has been life changing. Headaches were ruining my life, and while I initially came in focusing on migraine-causing stress knots, Ive since discovered many other benefits of massage. Regular massages help relieve back and shoulder tension (from sitting most of the day at my job), and improve mobility - and countless other benefits that listing would make this the longest review ever. Nick has several years experience as a personal trainer which gives him a better understanding of muscles, joints, tendons, etc than the average massage therapist. He is results driven and wants to help you recover, even referring out to chiropractors and PTs that he works with if he thinks you need it. Nick will also give you stretches to do between sessions to help you manage any pain you have.

With so many Massage Therapists to choose from, Nick is a true gem and as good as they come. The pain I have experienced in my lower back is nearly gone. Nick is thoughtful and kind and works at getting at the root cause of the problem. My only go to guy in town!

Nick was very knowledgeable about body mechanics and how injuries and repetitive motion affect pain. He had a great understanding around balancing movements to counteract pain and injuries. His massage was amazing and he took the time before and after to discuss concerns and to offer homework to assist in the healing process. I usually have to request that a massuse use more pressure during a massage, but this was not the case. I would highly recommend him!
