I love everything about this place and let me tell you Ive had the pleasure of experiencing spas and massage around the world - but this place has the ambiance and skilled staff to really make you escape without having to drive out of town! Mae is awesome for Thai massage and Neuro-Muscular and the other therapists are also fantastic every time Ive gone with someone other than Mae Ive been VERY impressed.

This place is great! Even during Covid they’re being very cautious with contact and only have you and the massage therapist and the receptionist in the building at a time and I’ve seen them sanitize before and after every customer. The massage therapists are very good! I’ve been going once a month and the price is the best in town when signing up for the membership. 5 stars!

Incredible massage therapists, super helpful front desk, always a good healing experience. The membership is definitely worth it if you are on your feet and or spend a lot of time in front of a screen for work!

I recieved a Reiki master attunement from Colin Harts employee Jennafer Crockett in October 2020. My classmates and I were promised certificates, detailed notes, and crystals for the trade by Jennafer. I didnt receive my certificate for a month and my classmates for longer.Each week, I am told, Next week Ill bring the notes and crystals. It is now April 2021 and I havent received the promised notes and crystal sets that I paid for, and neither have my classmates.

I went here for the first time. Let me tell you, this was the BEST massage I have ever had. Melissa was phenomenal! She absolutely knew how to work the pain right put of my body. This place was so clean, professional and an amazing experience. Melissa will always have me as a client.

I went in for a deep tissue massage and was assisted by Danilo, the whole experience from the moment I walked in was wonderful. Dan is really good at what he does, an hour had never gone by so fast unfortunately. 10/10

My bf & I had the couples massage, and both were good. Our massages therapists really listened to our needs/areas we wanted to work on and It was very unique that we got to pick our own essential oil combo to add to the lotion. The price honestly cannot be beat, but Also, I would advise them to not massage your face, as people are oily and have bacteria on their hands (Plus women might be wearing makeup, like I was).

Body and Mind is one of the best wellness centers i have ever visited. Its more than just your typical massage center. They have a great therapists that are highly specialized in many modalities.

Very professional with a lot of choices for massage style. I love that they schedule for an hour and a half so that they actually massage for the full hour. Very reasonably priced with options for a membership at great prices. Highly recommend.

When I have been at Body and Mind Wellness I have always found a clean facility, a relaxing atmosphere created by music and aroma therapy! The next thing that stood out to me about Body and Mind Wellness is how easy it is to schedule an appointment and of course the massage itself! My therapist did an amazing job in soothing my body with acupressure but she also went above and beyond when she stayed with me for a couple of extra minutes to show me several stretches that would help my body not tense up in the areas I was affected. It was truly a healing experience! I look forward to keep going to Body and Mind Wellness and refer it to all who are in need of therapeutic massage.

I just say WOW! I have been going to Body and Mind Wellness for the last 5 months. Due to a knee injury, my initial focus was on medical massages. The massage therapists were very knowledge and were able to reduce my pain and increase my flexibility after the very first visit. I enjoyed my time with Body and Mind Wellness so much that I signed up for their monthly massage program. Over the months I have tried medical and Swedish massages. I cant wait to try their Thai massage. As a guy, I personally had no idea of what I was missing. Give your male friends, the gift of massage!

I joined the membership program a year ago and have received THE BEST massages. Each experience has been amazing. Colin and his staff are truly wonderful and his business is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My back and neck issues are resolved due to the treatment I have received. Emily and April have been fantastic. Most recently I have received Reiki treatment from Lupita and my cardiac problems are gone, completely gone. She fixed what 2 surgeons and a failed ablation could not. I am very grateful to her. I highly recommend this business to everyone looking to improve their health.

Had a family emergency, called to reschedule, no sympathy, just rudely told me they were going to charge me 20$ for canceling. Sure enough as soon as I hung up they changed me.I was going twice a month, they will never get my business again!!! Hope 20$ was worth it.
