I had a great experience with Passport Health, therefore I can recommend them without hesitation.Contacting them, asking questions, and booking an appointment via phone was convenient and quick; their administrative assistant was knowledgeable and helpful.My appointment in the Albuquerque office was quick; their staff, nurses, and doctor was on-top of their fields and treated me well, they explained everything in depth. Finding the office was easy, and they have a small waiting area in case you arrive early. They do not take insurance, everything is co-pay, but their prices - compared to other places - seemed to be reasonable.If Im looking for similar service, Id be back to them!

Going to a foreign country and went to the CDC website for recommended vaccinations. Passport Health offers them for less than anyone else in Albuquerque. You have to make an appointment, and service is efficient.They take your temperature upon arriving and you must wear a mask.

Awesome place! Highly recommend using their service if you are traveling. They make everything very easy, its a smooth transition and you are on your way.

This is an absolute wonderful place, they are so informative and polite. They dont try to just take your money. It was a very personal experience that made you feel like youre around family instead of business. I will definitely refer this particular office for everyone with questions, vaccines, ect.

Lots of Good InformationI was very impressed by Passport Health. They provided a folder that was designed relevant to my trip. This was my second time getting shots for international travel, and I got nothing but a bill from the other place. I was pleasantly surprised about all of the information they gave me. Last time, I had to look up everything that was pertinent to my trip from many different web sites, so it was great to have it in one place with no work on my part. If this is your first international trip, I highly recommend Passport Health, as they will have the answers to your questions. I also recommend them for any international travel because they appeared to be the experts to me. Oh yes, they give shots, too.

I arrived with my two children to my appointment. The receptionist was very nice and found activities for my children while I waited for my nurse. My nurse Sharon was very nice and patient with my children. She had toys in her office for them to play with. She asked me questions about my trip and genuinely seemed to care about me and my kids. She informed me about the different shots and I never felt pressured to get something I couldnt afford. Her patience and caring demeanor was refreshing and I felt very comforted by her. She deserves a lot of accolades. Thanks to passport health.

Great experience! Printed out a booklet so we would have all the info we would need, went through everything clearly, explained what shots were necessary and offered them right on the spot. They also offered different medication and bug spray options but were not pushy about selling it. It was easy to make an appointment and they were very friendly and helpful in every way! Would definitely recommend!

It is so nice to be able to go to one location and get answers, advice, and shots for traveling to foreign countries. My husband and I are going to Tanzania in Africa. We werent sure about what vaccines we should take, visa info, passport requirements and so forth. Our GP recommended we go here. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist, then called into the comfy office of the RN, and presented with a notebook full of information. She went over all the vaccines that are available, which ones are required, which ones are recommended, side effects, and cost. She was also able to help us with the best mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and a bunch of other helpful tips. So glad we went there. Their prices are even lower than we could get at Walgreens for some of the items. Highly recommend.

AMAZING ExperienceNanci was so fun to work with and helped us get the facts and information we needed while being light-hearted and fun to work with. She covered all the immunizations we needed or were recommended and allowed us to make the decision of having them there at Passport Health or returning to our doctor to have them at a later date. We were impressed by the services offered and would highly recommend visiting Passport Health when traveling out of the country and especially to a 3rd world country. We had an amazing experience!

Really great experience. A nurse meets with you to go over the risks of all the places you are traveling and administers the appropriate vaccinations and medications that you want. They give you a really great informational booklet about your trip and resources for when youre there.

Best experience Ive ever had getting shots. I hate needles and have a history of passing out. Nancy, Emily, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! They were personable, thorough, professional, accommodating, and put me at ease. To the point where I dont feel as scared to get shots the next time. They are very good at what they do. The clinic was able to schedule me quickly, and my visit there was quick. The staff was extremely kind and informative. There was no waiting time, and my results were ready on time. I loved the office decorations featuring photos of clients traveling to exotic locals all over the world! I highly recommend them.

Great experience. I went in before my trip to Peru and it was amazingly informative. Shelbi was extremely helpful and talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend going here before traveling to any exotic place out of the country. Not only did they have everything I needed for my trip, I was able to get my vaccinations as well.

Wow, I had just the opposite experience. First, my doctor is the person that sent me to Passport Health because he said they were the experts and that was my exact feeling after I left. The nurse was very helpful since after looking at the CDC page I wanted Rabies vaccine, Japanese Encephalitis vaccine and malaria pills. Come to find out she told me that for my 2 week trip to Cambodia and Vietnam I didn’t really need those vaccines. I had priced those and the other vaccines that I wanted, come to find out Passport health was SO much cheaper than other providers. My next trip, I am headed back to Passport Health since they saved me a boatload of $$.

Carol at the front desk was very helpful scheduling an appointment and detailing their services. We met with Nurse Nanci and were pleasantly impressed with her knowledge and recommendations. They even prepared a 42 page itinerary for our trip. Vaccines were given the day of the appointment. Passport Health is a wonderful community resource and we strongly recommend them and Nanci Baldwin, RN.

Everyone was so nice and Shelbi, my RN, was amazing! She prepared information from me and explained the vaccinations, etc. in detail.

Excellent ServiceThe one on one detailed explanation and plan provided by Nancy was exceptional. She provided an overall review and then provided suggested medical needs identifying those which were required and then those which were optional. She also provided suggestions where my local provider might have a better cost.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Their costs are very reasonable too. I compared with Walgreens and their prices were less in many cases. Id rather go to a clean office with a friendly staff than a convenience store.

I have to admit that I am not one who likes to get shots. So when I had to start vaccinations for my trip to Kenya I delayed as long as I could. To my surprise I really enjoyed my experience at Passport Health. Sharon was fantastic and friendly. She was very patient and informative. She made it easy to get my Yellow Fever vaccination. Very Thorough. My husband and I had an appointment at 2:00 and arrived a little early. Good thing, since his medical history that he filled out online never went through. He evidently didnt know it was three pages, and he was unaware that it didnt send. Thats the only thing I would say didnt work well The receptionist was very understanding and gave him the paper questionnaire that he completed in the office. Our visit was with a nurse, and she did a great job in explaining all the different diseases and the shots we would most likely need. When it was time for the shots, she was great and it was mostly painless. We bought some TD (travel diarrhea) medicine, and she gave us a prescription for malaria medicine. Were all set to go to Africa!

I have been going to Passport Health for years before taking any trip abroad. I get prompt appointments, great service, and dont get prodded into buying anything I dont want. The staff is knowledgeable and congenial. I recommend PH to any and all travelers.

Get all your vaccines and meds for your exotic trips. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dont count on insurance covering the services though. This is out of your own pocket, but a necessity!

Great experience, My provider, Nanci, was terrific. She had a booklet prepared with my specific travel plans and had information that I needed far beyond just immunizations. She made me feel much more confident about my upcoming travel.

Came in for PPD test and reading because the initial charge covers the testing and reading (unlike CVS). Both Shelbi and Sharon were friendly, engaging and highly competent. Alexa and Priscilla were courteous and competent as well when making the appointments and reminding me of upcoming appointments!

Great, Aside from the shots (owie), my visit with Sharon at Passport Health was much more than I expected. The booklet prepared for my destination was unexpected, and her knowledge of the vaccinations required and anything extra I might need, was extensive. Ill certainly be back if I plan future trips. I cannot discourage your use of this place strongly enough. Steer clear of these people! They misrepresented their services to us, and left us covering our vaccines out of pocket despite assurances that we would be covered. They were thoroughly unhelpful in resolving the issue, and basically refused to offer any help beyond your insurance company is wrong. If you want reasonable, honest service, this place is not for you.

Nancy was so nice and informed. She was answering questions that I didn’t even think to ask. I will definitely be returning for any future vaccinations.

A lifesaver! I was in need of my last two rabies vaccines in the 4 dose series. Unfortunately, the rabies vaccine is in extremely low quantities in the United States. Once I was in touch with Passport Health I was able to receive my 3rd shot in Albuquerque and my 4th shot in Santa Fe, NM. The staff and nurses were superb and very understanding of my situation and more importantly that my incident occurred out of New Mexico.

I love this place! I have been every time I have been on an international travel trip. Each time I was nervous. I have gotten yellow fever and malaria vaccines amount other specific to my destination. The counsel session is well worth the time. I always feel more confident in my travel pans after a visit.

Great service, very professional, knowledgeable and caring support from Nanci, RN and their receptionist Ann.They do require you to schedule appointments in advance, but this guarantees your appointment as they are very busy.

It was an excellent referral. Nice to be able to get current information for travel worldwide - nice office, nice staff.

I was pretty unsatisfied with this visit. First of all, they charge you for walking in the door, which would be fine if they provided something for it. Instead, they basically print out information that is available on the CDC website and read it to you. When I went to get some immunizations and antibiotics for my trip, they charged me a ridiculous amount (something like $400) for two shots and wanted another $150 for antibiotics (I ended up getting my meds at Wallgreens for $6). When I asked if my insurance would cover the shots, they were extremely reluctant to run it, as if it was some huge inconvenience.Just go to your PCP. They will be able to provide you the same information, and same medical care at far less of a cost. If you do go, then DO NOT buy medication from them; get the prescription from them and go to a pharmacy.

I found the Passport Health clinic very helpful and the nurse was very knowledgeable about my trip to Kenya. I got my Yellow Fever, Typhoid Fever, and a malaria prescription and got a lot of additional health information I had never thought about.
