My first visit.Staff was courteous and diligent. Paper work wasn’t excessive and wait was reasonable. Doctor in attendance were professional. I felt a sense of ease with their evaluation and recommendation. I intend to continue using their services.

It is too long a wait for getting new denture. Probably cause you have your own lab.

This is the only place that lists prices so they dont manipulate prices depending on whatever. They are thoughtful, professional, and have considerable expertise. So happy to have chosen them.

I was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment. I had my x-rays done and then waited another half hour to see a dentist. After the exam I was told you do not take my Humana insurance. I filled in that information on the intake form but no one ever read it. A colossal waste of my time.

Got my first dentures 11 years ago. They have held up very well. I’m getting new ones for a better bite. My old ones are worn down after 11 years. Would highly recommend Affordable Dentures for the best fit and price.

Very friendly reception upon arrival. The free Consultation was productive and plan will be executed within the next 19 days. Was extremely impressed with the affordable cost and how willing and helpful doctor and staff were. We were asked to put down a payment of good faith without a suggested amount. We chose to put half. Ill know more after the procedure is complete and if unexpected charges apply. For now, Im satisfied with the service provided for my husband.

Been going to affordable dentures for 15 plus years. I finally decided to do the implants. Not as pricey as other places and Dr. H is the absolute best. I think the worst of it was the shots to numb. Yes sore first night, but wanting to eat solid today. Not going to to be safe, but pain is like maybe a 1 or 2 if I bite down.. well worth the money. Reccomend to all family and friends. This is the best place for dentures I promise.

I cant really rate it star wise yet because Im not completely finished with my treatment plan. However , so far the staff has been friendly , knowledgeable mostly sincere. The Doctors/Dentists are fabulous,down to earth & explain everything to you & also make sure you understand what their explaining. VERY HIGHLY IMPRESSED !!!!

When I first went in to have a replacement upper plate made everyone was so welcoming. I chose the ultimate plate as it was touted to be the highest quality plate with best fit, durability, and stain resistant. 7 months or so later the teeth were very loose I went back and they actually made the situation worse. 3 months later one of the incisors fell out. I scheduled another appointment to get the plate fixed. I found out it was going to cost $225.00 to reline the plate, $25.00 office call, and was not given a price on the repair. I knew I could reline them for significantly less. It seems to me that for over $1400.00 for 1 plate 1 reline should be included for a correct fit. Not very happy.

This place is a joke I made a appointment and I had cash to pay I was told becuse I had insurance and they had issues getting into it I could pay half up front and they would bill the rest after appointment well that was not the case at all turns out I just wanted my time walking in for a consolation walked out with nothing was not allowed to pay and also they said they would call me to let me know if everything so I could go back its been 2 weeks and I havent had any contact from them at all...my advice go to a real dentist you may end up paying more but I guarantee you the quality is better and they know what they are doing...if I could have left zero stars I would have

I previously used affordable Dentures to have my uppers made and was thrilled with the results so I decided to go back for my lowers.Right from the day of the extractions I was terribly disappointed. The temporary dentures cut into my gums and tongue, they sat crooked. I ended up with blisters and the dentures even started breaking apart. I went in several times for help and was always told the same thing..we will put glue on them a reline. The new staff is cold, uncaring and they are so busy that your just ushered in and out and treated like a number not a patient. I will never be using this place again!!

I only gave a 3* for now, only because all my dental work is not complete. Only after all is done will I be able to give an appropriate opinion.

It took 8 mths to get the final partial I paid $2000 for in advance and the first one was defective. Second final one took over 2 mths to come in and when it did it was forced into my mouth causing severe pain and cutting my gums. I never got the proper fit. I saw Dr. Heron in the beginning “sales pitch” and then one more time in 8 mths. It’s been over a mth and not one follow up call. It’s a revolving door of patients and no TLC. I do not recommend this place.

Well I hope it gets better. Ive been here since my appointment time at 9am. Its now 10:30. Two people have went on since I was guaranteed I was next. Absolutely horrible service.

Initially the advertising is both misleading and a misrepresentation. I was not able as stated to get my dentures the same day waited two weeks and continue to return for adjustments. They don’t answer the phone to make an appointment and NEVER answer voicemails.

So I arrived for my dental appointment 15 minutes early this morning, and I waited until 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then went up to front desk to ask why it was taking so long?The woman replied that it was because I was late. When I told her I was 15 minutes early, and it was right there on sign-in sheet, she told me she didnt have to put up with my behavior and that I should leave. I said no, please let me talk to your manager.After 5 minutes the manger came to check in window and asked me what my problem was? When I told her the issue, she responded by saying that they are overbooked and that they are always overbooked, and the doctor is a busy man.I turned around and walked out. Waste of an hour of my time.Will never go here and will recommend the same to all my friends and associates and ask them to spread the word. It is only way to make sure this does not happen to others.

This place is the worst. They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. Weve been there in the office when there are a million calls coming in. The receptionists just answer and put you on hold and go back to their solitaire games. We spend 45 minutes on hold.The dentures are not great quality and the Dr. cannot wait to pull out your teeth... Last time my husband went in, he waited one hour PAST his appointment time so Dr. Herron and the staff could treat him like a dog. They are horrible.So the last time we tried to call, we had it after about 30 minutes and called another doc. When Affordable Dentures called back and we told them we found someone else, her reply was perfect. good.DONT GO HERE. Im reporting the Dr. to the board.

Receptionist was greatAttendants were VERY unfriendly!Requirement to just get a wire replaced was ridiculous, made to pay over $100 before even made a determination.Overall cost to repair was as much as remaking a new bridge.For a senior on fixed income I believe this is a scam!!!

The staff was very good that part of the visit, my discourage was the time frame it took 3 month, the approval with the insurance info between the two party I had to get involved what the the hold up was, each were waiting on the other for info what was needed that really needs to be looked into bad thanks tho

I waited an hour for my appointment before asking the CSR how much longer, she responded by saying that I was the next person to be called back. Another 20 mins later I was FINALLY called and put into a room. I sat there for another 25 mins while listening to the dr. explain to another patient that he was ONLY running an hour behind (but that patient had an appt 30 mins after mine). There was no communication that they running behind or why on my part. I never saw the dr before leaving. I told the nurse I was leaving because I’d been waiting 2 hrs for my appt and she simply said “but the dr will see you next” and showed me the exit. I felt like they believe their time was more valuable than mine. Very frustrating.

When I first needed dentures in 2011 Affordable Dentures was my first choice after plenty of research. The staff is friendly, they want you to feel and be better! Once you make that decision, they provide quality products and a great service. I now have my second set and they are so great, fit well and most people don’t know I wear a full set and I’m not going to tell them otherwise. Very courteous and receptive to my needs , Doctor Herron was more concerned with saving the actual teeth that I have opposed to having them all pulled and going with SNAP style dentures and willing to take the time to save the teeth I have.

Had a very traumatic experience with a Dental facility here in Santa Fe so I jumped on the highway to affordable dentures.The difference was immediate friendly staff Covid 19 practices in place clean comfortable.The owner/ dentists bedside manner was a breath of fresh air Veterans admirable.All expenses are explained fully understanding all have budgets very compassionate non judgemental friendly .Go tomarrow for my finished products!! I’d sum up my experience at Affordable Dentures and Implants in one word:TRAUMA. Dr Bo removed 17 of my teeth, and placed an immediate denture that didn’t allow for me to close my lips or speak. He blamed this on my being swollen. Fast forward 4 weeks and I’m still not able to use these immediates. I’m on a liquid diet and have had to order teeth from an online lab. These “dentists” do not care about their clients. We are cattle. They want us in and out. They are not troubled with pleasing results or quality of life for their clientele. My family is so upset by my treatment they are considering legal action. Why? Because I’m a human being. I may have had to have my teeth extracted (due to illness and malnutrition) but, I’m a human. This experience is like loosing an appendage only you have zero assistance from a doctor. I was going to purchase implants there, glad I didn’t. They do not take care of you. I’ll travel to another state or out of country for my treatment. These dentists are the worst, and that is saying something. You’re worth more. The reviews on their website are only those that express “good” experiences. My advice: don’t go to this clinic. I overheard the dentist dr H say that the folks in their dental lab should “move on to greener pastures” but he likes to “train” them. Excuse me? Albuquerque has a dental school, why would you train people there?! The result? I paid $700 for immediate dentures that I cannot use because they’re HUGE!!! Cant tell you how much I’ve cried over this. I can’t eat and I’m a social worker, so not eating and not being able to wear my dentures is life changing. I’ve had to adapt and learn to speak without teeth. I’m surviving on my faith in God, and my eagerness to help others. I wish I would have known this place was so horrific.

I constantly had toothaches after toothaches. At my wits ends, I decided to research denture places in Albuquerque. I wasnt sure I could afford it. After going to Affordable Dentures and meeting Dr. Herron and staff helped me come to the decision to take the plunge. I dont regret it one bit. Dr. Herron is so Amazing. The price is very affordable. I just wish I would have come sooner.

After having a very bad experience with the last dentist I had given up on dentist! Then I saw this add on internet and was hopeful...pandemic hit and kept me away for nine more months. So I call for nexted availability and low and behold next morning at 8:00am. Honestly this office and all of its staff are AWESOME ,they are very professional and it’s a pleasure to be greeted and treated with such a friendly and welcoming staff! I have had dentures twice in the past and I have always had issues or they just never fit right. So my expectations were not high going into this. I got fitted and went to pick them up and the DR did not like what he saw so I left without them to be adjusted. 2 weeks later I return and I have absolutely no problem at all. They fit perfectly they look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I have read other reviews about it taking awhile and I myself would rather wait a few weeks and them fit right instead of them being rushed and not being 100 percent correct. The staff answered every question I had and I asked alot. Thank you guys for helping me find my smile!!!

Very caring and safety conscious practice! I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures. Not only did they address every little pain I had getting used to new dentures, but when I recently dropped my partial chipping one tooth it was fixed under warranty at no charge to me. Outstanding even during Covid crisis.

Have had a few dentures with them. My last set cost me over $2k. They broke after one month. Repaired and broke again. Very hard to get to speak to anyone, hard get a appointment. Forever to get the final product. Very dissatisfied with the whole operation. Wasnt like that years,ago. Over booked. My last set took 6 months to finally get the dentures. Theres another denture facility on Montgomery. Try them..

Terrible experience. There was a rather full lobby of elderly people waiting 30+ minutes to be called back. Considering the risk of COVID exposure to this population in particular they should really work to schedule patients more thoughtfully instead of overbooking.After 35 minutes of waiting I decided I was no longer interested in being a patient with this practice.

Don’t need to elaborate and get worked up. Been waiting for my denture for 5 months now. Process of reaching them and scheduling has been terrible. Only 1100 for denture fitting appointment? Absolutely no concern showed by the receptionist. Calls go to Texas, calls once and doesn’t call back. What if the patient is elderly or the patient missed a call/voicemail? At least call back once more.

Dr. Heron is great and did an a great job of keeping my nervous husband calm during extractions but that is the only good thing I can say. The customer service is beyond terrible. When you call the office, you are put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes or more only to talk with an answering service because they do not answer the phones in the office. We have left several messages to speak with someone in the office because his temporary plate was very thin and broke back in March He has not been able to eat hardly anything. I understand with the COVID and closures they are incredibly busy. However, I believebroken plates should be an emergency status and the staff should at the least make time to return a message. When we called the service they made us their first available appointment for the end of June. They explained that only the dr. can fit us in for emergencies and the staff would call in a day or two to talk to us and change our appointment. Here we are several messages and weeks later still with a broken plate, no returned phone call or appointment I would not recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone. Their prices are competitive with other offices and not worth the hassle and complications you have to suffer through.

I will never come here again. I purchased premium full dentures, but my lowers were not premium quality, more like economy. I told them I thought the gum part was to thin, but they just ignored that. The lowers kept breaking and every time they fixed them, they said if it happens again, we will see what the options are. They almost always broke when this office was closed for a week. This was the case when they broke a fourth time. Luckily they have competition now, and I found a GREAT dentist who also has the on site lab. He repaired my lowers and did a reline to get them up to premium quality. They have never fit better and are very strong now. He only charged me $100 to fix them and reline them, A LOT less than it would have cost me here. They should be ashamed for ripping people off. They better change their ways or their competition will cost them in the end.

Worst customer service. Had a hard time getting through by phone in the beginning (before Covid). My mom waited for nearly an hour after her appointment time and they couldn’t check on her see if she needed help filling out paperwork. She’s been suffering with pain for months now because this facility closed and never called to check on her. There are a few nice people but the rest aren’t. The price is affordable but not sure what quality Of product she’s going to end up with. Now here for her 2nd appointment since getting her teeth pulled in March and still waiting. It’s now 16 minutes and counting passed her appointment....

Whoever Dominique is that answers the phone, is not very customer friendly. You should probably find someone else to speak on your behalf. As someone in the customer service industry, I can tell you that I will never conduct business at this location with that attitude from her.
