Dr. B. is knowledgeable and proficient with a gentle demeanor and caring attitude. She is not only a terrific dentist, her entire staff is welcoming and friendly, they always allay any anxiety about a trip to the dentist, from the ladies at the front desk who greet you warmly to the techs to the dental assistants. A great team! I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my dental needs and highly recommend them. Their name says it all, and they’ve certainly made MY smile work! 😁

My appointment was with a hygienist, the young lady that did the x-rays was pleasant, I felt the instruments used in my mouth for the x-rays was not as uncomfortable as in the past- nice improvement. (my first experience to have a male person clean my teeth) Lewis was very pleasant , gentle, efficient. The doctor is very good too. I certainly would recommend them to my friends.

I’ve been using Smiles That Work for a LONG time and it’s only gotten better. Dr. Babilonia is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to spend the time speaking with you about any questions you may have. She also explains why certain things need to be done and is considerate of long term effects of anything she does rather than just doing a quick fix. Erin, the dental hygienist is amazing too. She is full of so much knowledge and is always willing to talk to you and explain anything you may have questions about. My cleanings are painless but thorough. I drive across town half an hour each way because I am so happy with this office. The office staff is great too!

I looked up dentists near me for myself and my family and this place is the only place that has 5-star rating so i got myself an appointment. April scheduled my first visit, she was very friendly and helpful. Erin (hygienist) made my first visit really comfortable and easy. I am not afraid of dental visits but the only times i go to the dentists is when i need a tooth pulled. I can see myself getting regular dental visits 😁 from here onwards. Erin is amazing at her job. Already entering into the building was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very personable and makes patients feel at ease. The whole building is very bright and has a lay-out that makes a lot of sense. We appreciated the absence of TV screens - which help create a serene environment to calm down without media distractions. Leanne and April at the front desk were super courteous and we immediately felt that they were happy to see us and help us have a good dentist experience. Erin, the hygienist, continued to make the visit a very positive experience with her expertise and calm manner. Dr. Babilonias excellent bed-side-manners, taking time to talk to the patient and really listening to what they have to say, shows she is making sure they are at ease. As a patient it gives you the feeling that you are in good, skilled, and highly knowledgeable hands. It was definitely the best dentist visit I have experienced!!! Monica Babilonia, Aaron and her amazing crew go Above & Beyond when it comes to their caliper methods of care. They are A 1 Grade and operate above your standard everyday practices. This is a highly recommended establishment to bring your family to. They have reasonable hours and they compromise to tailor visits to yours and their busy schedule. This was a great dental experience and I look forward to returning for all my future work towards a great smile.

I was very impressed with this dental office. You could tell it was a great place to work, everyone helped everyone else out to make my visit go smoothly. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and gentle. She accommodated all my idiosyncrasies and I think it was the most relaxed cleaning Ive ever had. The dentist is very competent and on top of that is actively involved in the community, supporting various programs. This is a small, privately owned office but they have the most up to date technology. I left there feeling very confident in the care I had received and comfortable that this will be my dental office as long as I live here.

I had a dental emergency yesterday. Smiles That Work referred me to a specialist and later dentist who focuses on oral surgery. I do not know of any other dentist and dentist clerical workers who would have done this so quickly.

Had tooth clean and exam visit, and was very impressed with Erin who cleaned my teeth. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue that her and Dr Babilonia were able to help me with that were not addressed by my previous dentist. I just relocated to New Mexico from out of state and have to go through the grind of finding new doctors, a dentist, etc. again. Erin is the best Hygienist I have ever had. She gives me tips and advice to help with my daily routine and explains what all can affect my oral health. I appreciate her candid but kind nature. She is amazing.

I feel the staff failed. I wasted a month because of their sloppy follow-up. Very disappointing. If they cant get the paperwork done, what about my mouth. I made an appointment at least a month ago and provided my insurance information. I timely cancelled that appointment and we rescheduled a second appointment approximately three weeks ahead and at that time I inquired again about my insurance and was advised they did not have any information. The week before my appointment I received a voice mail asking me to confirm the appointment. I called the office two days before my appointment and spoke to someone who thanked me for calling. Yesterday I showed up 10 minutes early and was advised they did not accept my insurance. Erin provided some nonsense about miscommunication and how sorry she was for the late notification. Unacceptable and hurtful.

Erin worked extra hard to make my smile beautiful and she succeeded! And Dr Babilonia was her usual charming self:)

I went to this office after not going to the dentist for several years due to having a bad experience. The office is very nice. Stephanie saw me first, and was very accommodating and creative in getting my x-rays. She was very sweet and went out of her way to ensure I had a positive experience. I saw Erin for my cleaning, she was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel bad for neglecting my teeth for so long. She was personable and has a lot of great experience. She worked with me to come up with a plan to start healing my smile. Dr. Willoughby was awesome, he really sat down and talked with me about my needs and what I have to do going forward. Even though it was late in the evening I didn’t feel rushed at all. April checked me out and gave me an estimate for my next visit that will include some repairs, it’s nice they give you a heads up. I truly appreciate everyone in this office. I look forward to fixing my smile wit them. UPDATE: I came back for a lot of repair work and Dr. Willoughby did a fantastic job. It took quite a while and he was so patient and reassuring, I didn’t feel any pain. I had fear of getting impressions made and he actually did it himself with no problems and they came out great. I’ve never had them done anywhere else without pain from the plate they use, it was easy here. I’ll never go anywhere else thank you...
