Has gotten better

This place dropped me without any warning whatsoever. Ive been seeing doctors at summit since 2001. when I schedule my appointments, I let them know that I may need to cancel at a moments notice because my childrens needs come before my own and my son gets sick a lot with sinus issues. They told me its no problem. Ive had to cancel my last two or three appointments yes but they told me no problem. Each time it was for a sick child. I get a letter today stating that my care with them has been discharged. it is so sickening they cant call and check up to see how youre doing or whats going on or why these things are happening, which, they should already know. If you like being stabbed in the back, by all means go here. and I I kid you not, their advice for an anxiety or a severe panic attack was to breathe in and out of a paper bag.

Great employee treatment! Great benefits! Ive been working here, and the other Summit Pointe buildings, for over a year now and Im pretty sure Im staying. Theres few places that are this great without any college experience.

Set up a appointment back in May/June to be seen they were booked until today aka November 26th. So they weather is horrible. I don’t even live in Battle Creek and I drove to my appointment just because I’ve waited for 6 months now to be seen. Get there and the doctors running late totally understandable with road conditions so they offer me to wait or reschedule, at this point I’ve waited SIX months I’ll wait. Waited for about 45 minutes. Then get told he may or may not get there til this afternoon. So I have to reschedule my long over due appointment. So I thought since I’ve been waiting months, and then waited here they’d hurry to get me in. WRONG they scheduled me for FEBRUARY! So my 6 months wait turned into 9+ month wait. I call to see if I can be seen by any doctor sooner since I’ve waited sooooo long. Nope of course not and summit pointe is the only place that does mental health I’ve called about everywhere today! I get being busy! BUT we are talking about mental health here why isn’t it being taken more seriously and why should anyone have to wait 9 months let alone 6 to even be seen.
