Dr Matt is an amazing chiropractor~he is knowledgeable, caring and very good at what he does. He does a great job scheduling me early in the morning before I go to work. Dr Matt is down to earth and always makes me feel comfortable in what he is doing. I have been in excruciating pain several times when I’ve gone to him, he does a treatment and I then feel great. I would highly recommend Dr Matt to everyone.

Would rate zero if I could.....I would just like to express my disappointment in the unprofessional behavior exhibited during my last telephone correspondence with Matt . When I asked if I could explain myself he said no and hung up on me. Any attempts at written statements he sent to me were to the wrong address. I had no knowledge of an outstanding balance that my insurance did not cover until being contacted by a debt collector. I was confused that there was no attempt by the practice to contact me personally by phone to collect payment (since there may be a misunderstanding or wrong address). The first knowledge of this outstanding balance was by a debt collector named Vicki. During the contact from the debt collector, which the call came when I was preparing for surgery, I told them I would call Tubbs Chiropractic and pay them myself when I was well. Another call from his debt collector came when I had just come out of general anesthesia (this is where he claimed I hung up on the individual I was talking to requesting money to settle my bill) Legally, I could not have consented to paying under any circumstance since i had just come out of surgery. They proceeded to call me on a near daily basis and harass me (even though I had told them I fully intended to pay Matts office , which I did - when I was well). Since I followed through and paid after I had recovered from surgery, I assumed he would drop the derogatory marks on my credit and all would be well. Instead he did not care in the least bit and as I said earlier hung up on me as I tried to explain this story. My exact question was Can I explain myself? and his response was No, this is how it stands. As a side note the bill was for less than 90$. I requested my payment (which had not yet posted in my bank account) to be reversed, so I could take legal action through the credit agencies to make this situation right, he flat out refused. His exact statement was You dont think you have to pay for my services My response before he hung up on me would have been I have no issue paying for your services, I just think if I pay you after an honest misunderstanding - I should not be punished for 7 years of derogatory credit marks He hung up before I could tell my story though,To your reply, no it is not out of your hands when it is you Dr Matt who I spoke to. You are the individual who hung up on me. You did not care AT ALL that you hung up on meand I did make good faith to pay you, I paid my bill in full. You wont acknowledge there was an error in address and fix the issueNow that Ive made my unknown bill right you wont help fix the damage it has caused in my life

Ive gone to Dr. Matt Tubbs for a few years now. I work on my feet all day and would be in terrible pain by the end of my work day. I see him regularly for adjustments and have felt so much better! He is very flexible with appointments and will always find time to fit you in as soon as possible.I recently ran in my first 10k race and worried my back pain while running would hinder my running performance. Dr. Matt put Kinesio tape on my back prior to the run. I couldnt believe how well it worked! I have never ran long distances without my back feeling sore-- race day I did not feel a single pain in my back!I highly recommend Tubbs Chiropractic. Dr. Matt is very professional and does a great job explaining treatments to his patients. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are feeling better!

Billed for exams he never did. Resolution of issue about billing was an email. No call. Email was in a very unprofessional tone and saying it must be my fault since nobodys has complained about the charge in 6 years. After initial visit, my ears started ringing so loudly I couldnt hear and it still hasnt stopped. When brought up to him, he said nothing. No advice on how to stop the ringing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Quick adjustments make keeping my SI issues and neck pain easy to control. Dr. Matt is great at checking in on my symptoms and keeping me on track.
