I’m not one to write a review but after my experience at Acupuncture Elements I feel that it would be appropriate to relate how it has improved my quality of life. I was having pain in my back and shoulder that precluded me from enjoying life to its fullest. After six treatments the pain in my shoulder has subsided and the range of motion I had previously has returned. My back pain has subsided and I can again sleep through the night. The elimination of these nagging pains has made me more relaxed and better able to enjoy life again. The whole experience was very enjoyable and informative. Tobi is my first experience with acupuncture. I was skeptical at first, but after trying everything else under the sun to feel better, and getting no relief, I decided to give it a try. Going to see Tobi is just like going to see a friend, it hardly feels like an appointment. On your first visit she will ask you many questions, dont let this discourage you, its just so she can cater treatment to your specific issues...dont be afraid to tell her everything. If youve never tried acupuncture before because you dont like the idea of needles, well, you hardly feel them. Tobi also incorporates things like cranial massage which I think has also really helped me. Her office is also warm and inviting, she even has a heat lamp if you tend to get cold feet like me lol. I say give it a try!

Tobi is an amazing acupuncturist! She really takes the time to figure out what she can do to benefit you. I was having a lot of shoulder and back pain with numbness down my arm. After a few sessions I don’t have anymore numbness and much less pain. The fire cups are great as well. It’s like a quick deep massage and she can adjust the pressure based on your preference. Tobi is AWESOME! I have back pain from a long ago injury. In December of last year I injured my back again in a fall. I decided to seek out acupuncture to help heal. I use to have constant spams in my back, to the point where I would gasp outloud. Since I started seeing Tobi my back pain has significantly decreased. I get so relaxed in my sessions I fall asleep!
