This place is under staffed and the house keeping supervisor seems like she dont care .. one person on two or three halls and expect you to clean all of them in a day... cant be done .. the staff is coming in with slippers and t shirts and scrubb pants ... they are sorry and lazy staff.... would not recommend this place for employment

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a joke. No one on staff can do anything but wear scrubs and pass out medicine cups. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY. There was ONE nurse for 2 hallways of people. There were a lot of girls in scrubs just hanging out at the front desk but when I asked for assistance they said they had to get a nurse. If your loved ones happened to fall while in this facility, they wouldnt find them until the next morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

If no stars was an option that would be my choice the most unprofesional staff i have ever seen very misstreating to their patients. The rooms are disgusting. The staff are degrading and not sensitive to each individuals needs. When i spoke to them in concern for the way my grandmother was being treated the head nurse would not listen and said she doesnt believe that the nurses would be such way

I am ashamed. My relative in this facility does not even receive bare minimum care. All this place cares about is money. Please do not put any loved one in this horrible place. It is sickening having to go in every day to check in on my relative to have to complain about at least one thing.
