I love Dr.shen he takes good care of me and all of my daughters as well. WE LOVE YOU SHEN!!!!!!!!!

My experience here is always great. The only reason i gave 3 stars is because their appointments. I always book my appointment early since I want to avoid other people (social distancing) because I have little ones at the house and I dont want to catch anything to bring home to my kids.... They book my appointment 8:00am in the morning but they dont open theor doors until 8:30am. Which really upsets me. Why would you book me an appointment as early as 8:00 am have me waiting 30 mins outside my car, then have me waiting an extra 30 mins in the waiting area to be seen? Please, ladys at the front desk do better with scheduling or let us know before hand that your not going to open the doors until 8:30am.

This place is terrible! It’s a racket to get money from you in as many appointments as possible - beware of this place at all costs. I called because I was experiencing a miscarriage and wanted to be sure everything was okay and needed to be prescribed birth control. They assured me on the phone that this could all be done in one appointment (since this is a specialist it is $150 per appointment) and tried to deter me from going to a primary care physician. I figured since it was all one appointment, that would be worth the cost. I didn’t even get to see the doctor, just the nurse practitioner who had the WORST bedside manner i’ve ever experienced. At one point during the (very rushed) appointment, I asked her a question and she just stared at me in response without answering. After the appointment was over they stated that i’d have to make another appointment to obtain birth control. I made it clear that they assured me that wouldn’t be necessary and that I could get both done in one appointment. They said they’d follow up via phone call, 2 weeks later they called and said that they couldn’t prescribe birth control until I started my period again. I asked if they would be providing refills and they said yes, that 6 months worth of refills is customary. I waited two more weeks for my period to start, called back, and they said they would call in one month but would withhold further birth control refills until I could come in for another $150 appointment to discuss if the pill was working for me. AGAIN, this place is only worried about money. I can’t speak on Dr. Shen because I didn’t even get the pleasure of meeting him but he should consider the affect his poorly trained staff and the bad attitude of his nurse practitioner is having on his practice. If they had been honest from the beginning, I would have gone to a PCP because 5 appointments with them is the same as the cost of one appointment at this terrible place. But they didn’t even give me enough notice about their continuous changing of their mind to allow me to make an appointment at a primary in time to get birth control prescribed, which felt intentional. If you want to be seen by a doctor who considers quality of care and isn’t just set up to make money, choose another practice!

Doctor Shen delivered me 20 years ago, my sister 17 years ago & will now be delivering my child next week! The office isn’t the nicest in the world but he truly does his best to make me feel comfortable & everyone in there is nice to me.

Love this doctors office. It’s very clean and comfortable didn’t wait to long to be seen or to go back my experience was phenomenal. I live in concord but just moved here six months ago I’m use to higher standards where i come from so to go all the way to this place is a breath of fresh air when i was able to relax once i seen what i was getting.

Doc Shen is the best I’ve been going to him for 8 years now 💜

My first time to the office was not the best. I’m not usually very picky about things, but as soon as I walked in I did not like the appearance of the waiting room. The chairs and couches were dirty looking. After waiting about 30 min in the waiting room and 1 hr in the exam room before being seen, I had decided not to return. Also dr shen does not knock before entering room. He re entered before I was even completely dressed. He is really nice but I will not be going back.

Wait time is too long. Love Dr. Shen, but we always wait too long to go back. I always have to ask if its our turn to go back. I have been waiting 45 minutes now just to get birth control refills and weight and checked. It is upsetting to be on time and have to sit for too long. I drive from concord just for Dr. Shen to continue to be my doctor.
