Communication is horrible with this place. You call the main number and leave a message and after 20 calls over 2 days I never got a live person.I left 4 messages and a week later someone called me back for an appointment. Should have been my red flag but I had a friend tell me that they used the service and had never had an issue, over a year ago but I trusted her so I decided to just wait for the return call and be patient.CEH set me up with a PA for a scheduled appointment for my son. He had a anger outburst at school and the school said they wanted him to talk to a therapist, etc. before he returned..On the date of the appointment I called 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to have started to be told that the appointment was on the previous Monday TWO days before I even called to make an initial appointment and it was with a PA for medication management, it was his first appointment and he is not on medication nor has he ever been seen by CEH.  I was told they would will find out who messed that up and they would reach back out to us with and tell us exactly how this happened. Not to mention I took a half a day off work to be home for this appointment and so did my husband.So back the main issue I still needed an appointment , cause at this point my kid cant go back to school and its been almost 2 weeks that he has missed, waiting to be seen. So they get us in 2 days later, their mess up and we have to wait 2 more days for him to be seen and it has to be virtual no seated appointments were available for months.We do the virtual appointment on March the 24th and NOONE  has followed up with us regarding the appointment. I sent emails and left messages. I found another telephone number that was a direct line to the nurse area and left a message that I needed a letter to let my kid go back to school, I provided a fax number. The school let me know that they got the letter 3 days later. His appointment was almost 2 months ago yet no-one followed up with us to let us know anything regarding treatment, counseling.. NOTHING...… I cannot believe that the therapist or his nurse still have not reached back out to us.Why ask for help if you are going to be given more run around.Communications with CEH is horrible. I would never recommend them. If you dont have anxiety you sure will after dealing with this group.
