Amy Rummage, NP, and the entire ER staff were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I fully trust them to care for me and my entire family.

Im allergic to the masks and my face literally burns when I put them on. Its insanely hard and painful when I have to wear them. I told the security guard this and he berated me until I took it from him. I ended up having to take it off due to my face burning. I walked out to the lobby to grab something I forgot, the man berated me AGAIN and followed me back into the er area. Look, I understand the little mandate, but if Im telling you my face burns with it on leave me alone. That is harassment!

Excellent care and I was home by 2PM-same day

The staff works under some of the worst scenarios and yet remain diligent and professional! Thank them for all they do!

My covid test came back negative. The hospital took me out of work but wouldnt give a note to return. Lets say i dont have a job now. Thanks for nothing

If you need to got the ER, make the drive to Troy. I waited for over 2.5 hours for them to look at me for 3 minutes, write the wrong Rx for me, and send me on my way.

All the nurses rather socialize than do their jobs & when they do their jobs they treat u like a hassle

Terrible Emergency Room Experience. They mis-diagnosed me after a horrible 3 hour wait with nobody checking on us (they were able to run our for McDonalds for themselves however) Terrible customer service and VERY sub-par medical treatment.

The ER Drs on that day I cant say enough about. I received great care and the Drs explained everything well and of course did a great job as well as every other member of the staff included! While obviously you dont want to find yourself in an emergency room..the Drs were awesome. Definitely feel like Atrium Stanly has stepped up its game!
