Doctor H. & Doctor Justine are the best dentists my husband & I have ever gone to. They did a wonderful job on my husband’s front teeth & have corrected some dental issues for me. Their office is top notched! The staff are so friendly and everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable. They make going to the dentist a enjoyable experience! My husband and I recommend Premier Dental 100%!

My advice to anyone would be to RUN out of this office ASAP! 🏃‍♀️ The one star is for cleanliness. My daughter 👧 & I had come for our cleaning. The male 🪥 dentist refused to clean my teeth bc he says I have 8 cavities that I didn’t have filled when he suggested. I told him I had broken my back recently in a car accident & had my fourth spinal fusion done recently. I had been in a brace & couldn’t sit for long periods nor position my neck properly to have them filled yet. I was then “told” that my daughter was told to see an orthodontist. That is something that out prior dentist suggested we hold off on until she was doing a better job cleaning her teeth. 🦷 That is also something that isn’t covered under our insurance & I thought was optional not required. I thought that was our decision, but hey isn’t obviously not!? 🧐😱 This man was awfully condescending & I’m feel after reading other reviews as if we dodged a huge bullet!!!! Thankfully 😅 WE HAVE BEEN DISMISSED!!!!

Caring and concerned dentist and hygeniest. Takes as much time as needed to answer questions and give advice. THANk God I found these folks to care for my teeth.

I was referred to Premier Dental when I was pregnant and needed to get a good deep cleaning. I am normally extremely anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist and while I needed a cleaning I was terrified of what that would mean. The staff there was so welcoming and honestly, super understanding. They took what I, the patient , said, heard it and turned it into a plan of treatment that I was completely comfortable with. So thankful! and will definitely be returning.

Very good Dentist office, the ladys there are super kind ,there thoughtful even if your on Medicade still treat you like your supposed to be treated !!! All the staff I encountered were friendly & engaging; they really set me at ease right from the start. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 20 years. My how weve grown. Drs. J & H are both amazing. They went out of their way trying to save me money, because I have no insurance. Paid far less than I expected, too. Wouldve liked a little something more than a suggestion for the pain afterwards, but after about 12 hours, Ill admit I didnt need it. Ill definitely be back, hopefully soon

Dr. Herbert pulled all four of my wisdom teeth in a matter of minutes. Stephanie the assistant was constantly checking on me during my procedure, making sure I was comfortable and not feeling and ANY pain. The office was clean and organized and you can tell the staff truly work together as a team. I loved that they collaborated and dressed up for Halloween as a team. you certainly do feel as if they are a family. I give this office 5 stars.

Prior to yesterday, I had always spoke highly of this office. But that changed yesterday, found out the Dr Justine lied to me about decay being left behind by my previous dentist. Yesterday she says no he (previous dentist) didnt leave decay. But she had even showed me on computer the xray where the decay supposedly was. Dr Justine lied for some reason about this and Im having to guess so she could redo the crown. Sad cause I trusted her to do the right thing by me.#findinganewdentist

Dr Vu is wonderful and it reflects in the staff attitudes.. Friendly, informative, reasonable. Dr Vu does it all...Gen Dentistry, crowns, Root Canals, Implants, etc. I had Kim today for a cleaning. She is thorough and explains as she goes. I feel that there is no better dental care in the area.

I came to Dr.Justine for a regular cleaning and followed up for a root canal procedure. Everyone at the office was incredibly kind and professional. I never felt like there was any unnecessary waiting and was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Justine made my root canal procedure incredibly painless and seamless. There was never a time I was in any discomfort and she made it very clear to let her know if anything she did was painful or discomforting. Although I recommend Premier Dental in general, I cannot praise Dr.Justine enough for her swift professionalism and great client care.

Amazing doctors. Amazing staff members. Everyone is really friendly and caring. Waiting time is minimal. Both Dr. Herbert and Dr. Justine worked on my crowns and implants. They both are very gentle, attentive to my needs/concerns and speedy. I didn’t have to sit in the treatment chair for long at all and that’s a big plus. I used to not like this part the most about being in a dental office because the longer I sit there to more anxiety I get. Premier Dental has restored my faith back to dentistry.

First appointment ever at Premier Dental. Everyone was really nice. The building is so beautiful inside and out. Great environment! They explained everything well to me and helped me feel very comfortable. They also accept Medicaid which a lot of dental clinics in Stanly County do not anymore so that is a plus for anyone who may be wondering.

This office is AMAZING!!! Even with all the extra steps relating to COVID requirements, everyone was super friendly and efficient. This week was my first time at this office and now I’m wondering why I haven’t switched before?!? Dr. Justine is thorough in her exam and explaining her findings. My mother-in-law has had a good bit of work done here within the past few months and this office was so good with her! She is elderly and was very nervous but the staff here as a whole made sure she was comfortable and very well taken care of. We are beyond pleased with everyone here, especially Dr. Herbert.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

The 1star was for cleanliness and courteous staff. The unmarked 4 stars were for the unprofessionalism of the dentist, Dr. Hung Vu. Our 1st visit was a consultation, cleaning and recommended treatment plan. He was treating my minor daughter. The plan was to fill cavities on one side of her mouth then a secondary appointment to be made to fill cavities on the other side of her mouth. During her 2nd appointment, Dr. Hung filled 8 teeth. Then, pulled 4 wisdom teeth because he told my daughter he was preventing future problems. Furthermore, he did not receive prior consent from me to preform this treatment and I was in the waiting room. Nor did he show me x-rays to substantiate the so-called necessary treatment plan. On the 6th day post-treatment, she is still bleeding and in pain. Dr. Hung wore street clothes and no mask to preform treatment. I would not recommend you to take your dog to this dental office 😒!

Finally found a place where I am completely comfortable. Shots dont hurt, people are very concerned and genuinely considerate. I really dont mind going to the dentist.Thanks Dr. H and staff. YOU ROCK!!!!

I went to Premiere today that young Dentist was nice all the staff was nice and friendly I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist the best I could for a tooth being extracted. Rude staff... they kept talking about one of the other staff members. one girl clearly had an attitude. Dismissive of how my filing came out within two months . Horrible dentist. I had TWO filings come out and he blamed me while saying that hes had it happen to a lot of patients and he doesnt use cheap products. In all my years of going to the dentist Ive never had a filing come out! Also, I have never had a dentist feel like he could chastise me for his faulty work. DO NOT go to this dentist. He rushed through the job the first time. The second time the filing came back out within two weeks. HE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Dr.Tran is awful don’t go to him he almost killed me I was laying in my chair he had so much stuff in my mouth and the taste of the stuff he was using for the root canal tasted awful and he said “oh I didn’t realize you were tasting that much of it” and I started puking and he got me up FINALLY after I was laying there choking on my vomit!!!!! But still yet he looked at me and was like “um the sink is over there” A normal dentist would have given me a bucket or a tub poor service there also I have an infection in my very back tooth and he was trying to do a root canal on it anybody in there right mind knows you have to put the patient on medication for a few days then remove the tooth so needless to say I will not be going back. And another thing....why they do root canal and wisdom teeth removal is beyond me it’s not there place to that’s the oral surgeon job

Im supposed to have two permanent crowns installed (The temporaries were installed Monday, 14 October.). I called Wednesday, 23 October about 2:40pm, to find out when the lab would be sending the crowns and to set an appointment. I verified that they had my phone number (she read it to me). Premier did not call back. I called four times on Thursday, 24 October, with messages and phone number at 2:55, 3:10 and 3:25pm. No call back from Premier. I called Friday, 2:00pm and left both cell and home numbers. Again, no call back from Premier. Since they would not call, on Monday, 28 October, I left work early to go to the Premier office. I arrived about 2:05pm - no cars in the lot, no lights in the office, doors locked. They have already made a claim on my insurance, plus I already paid the balance of $933. The temporaries are like sandpaper, irritating and swelling my tongue for these past two weeks since the interim procedure. There are other questionable practices: telling me the procedures/crowns on other teeth are critical, then not, since my insurance is maxd for the year; signing consent/waiver with erasable marker on clear plastic over the actual blank form. They havent answered another reviewers calls. I think they have skipped town ...
