So disappointed. I had an appointment for an updo scheduled since May for today 9/29 for my hall of fame induction and Liz the stylist never showed. I got there at 2:55pm walked in said I have an appointment for an updo and Liz was nowhere to be found. Now has me scrambling trying to find a place to get my hair done for tonight because of this terrible customer service. I have the messages to prove my appointment. So irritated and disappointed.
