Nice and helpful customer service when asking what their best sellers are. Great healthy smoothies! A little pricey but well worth. Will try more smoothies in the future.

Great tasting fresh smoothies and supplements. Friendly, fast and sincere customer service. I DO wish it was better parking options but it wont keep me away. My favorite smoothie is Kaleious and the funky monkey from the juice box.

Just purchased a women’s multivitamin.... and specifically asked several times were they capsules are tablets. Assured they were capsules! I had bought a multi years ago and the tabs were so big I had to throw away the $60 bottle. That was my reasoning for asking over & over about the type of pill. Opened the bottle & they were NOT capsules but very large elongated tablets. Unable to swallow and bottle says take 4 daily. I can’t even swallow the one tablet. Called and they would not make good. Marking Natures Cure off my list. Never again & won’t recommend!!!

Okay so I called them two times and they did not answer. I live 20 minutes away so I had go there in person and order. There were three girls in there and none of them were wearing masks. I ordered a reese cup and it taste like old bananas, and I ordered my husband a kalelicious and they gave me a pb&j. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to remake my husbands smoothie because he is allergic to peanut butter. My husband told me his smoothie tasted like grass. The customer service could’ve been better. I’ve been here before and it was really good but that was like 2 months ago. Very disappointed 👎🏽

The smoothies are just nasty. Mine was watery and tasteless. Paid 10$. Asked them if I could trade it out because it was that bad. They said no because you already tasted it lol. Will never come back.

I really enjoyed the smoothie I received today. The guy behind the bar was really nice and helped me decide what smoothie to get. The girl at the register not so much. She was very nonchalant and her friends were hanging out at the register and in the way of paying customers but I was glad to know that I came at happy hour and received my smoothie half off! So for that reason and the attentive bartender I will be back.

Smoothies are good and they do have happy hour which offers half off smoothies. Customer service is pretty lack luster. The staff is just dry and not that friendly. Even with me coming in regularly since I’ve been in town I’m lucky if I get a “hi,” usually it’s just a “You know what you want?”

I loved the juice I got so much! The prices are a little steep but I dont know how they compare to other juice places. I could see where people would feel the staff isnt very friendly but they looked like kids working so I cut them some slack.

The Juice Box makes the best smoothies in Albany by far. They have have knowledgeable staff who actually care about the customer. The juice bar tender Jazzy was very funny and made me a delicious wrap and smoothie. I will definitely be coming back weekly.

I just wish they would wear masks. 4th time in a row someone behind counter isn’t wearing a mask : ( 😷

No greeting and no assistance offered. Walked around for a few and still I wasnt even acknowledged. Definitely not the Natures Cure of years ago.

If you’re black DONT GO IN HERE. They wouldn’t even give me eye contact. Very bad service for a 9 dollar smoothie. Go get smoothies any and I mean ANY where else.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. The juice and wraps are delicious and fresh. They ginger juice shots help with my back pain because ginger is a natural antiinflammatory.

Not friendly, not helpful, overly attentive in trying to just take our orders. There was no one else in there and instead of helping us decide or explaining the menu, she simply repetitively asked if we were ready every other moment like she was in a hurry. It was two younger girls. As we began to order, assumably the owner, came in. She was the one to ring us up. She started walking away from the register before it even approved our payment! I mean, literally, not infront of the register anymore, to the side walking away to go attend someone else who walked in for their sauna. It was only us! The passive aggressivness and outright behaviour of negligence was astonishing. They werent outright rude, but it did taste like they forgot the pineapple in the Rhamaro smoothie my mom had ordered. They said hello when we walked in, the younger one did wish us a good one on our way out. That was good customer service and my own smoothie was delicious. I think they just need to prioritize better. If they had been busier, I would have understood. That being said, we were the only ones until the lady that walked in before we finished paying. For also being someone who works in the health food industry, itd be better to just eat a banana than waste $8.99 on a smoothie here. Goodluck to the owner, she could have a better thing going if maybe she had more passion than what looks like greed. And same for the attended, she might want to work on her customer service skills, and the younger gal was good as she was.
