Dr. Brian Ashdown was an absolute gentleman, professional in his actions and was able to clear two ingrown toenails without numbing and yet I felt no pain.Communicated everything clearly, have recommendations of what we may need to do if the problem persists, advised me on topical antiseptics and was done with the whole process in less than 20 minutes!Staff were polite and courteous, walked me step by step through all potential billings, and advised about whether or not Id have a copay or any potential charges for clipping etc.I was initially worried when I first started reading the reviews when I looked up how to get here on the day of my appointment, however; theyre building is in great shape and the interior is nice!Minimalistic, but well kept and no traces of mold or any unpleasant smells.6/5 would definitely recommend him to anyone!

This office staff is okay even nice but the building interior gave me the creaps. Doctor disconnected from the patient. Gave him 4 visits to warm up. Nope did not happen. Front waiting area smelled heavily of molding materials.

I was referred to this place by my physician. Immediately upon arriving to do paperwork, I was unimpressed by customer service. I tried to look past it, and continued my paperwork After reading the window where many things are posted I realized that they dont accept cards of any kind, including HSA cards. Also, if they have to fill out your short or long term disability forms they charge you, I believe the amount was $55. If youre on IHN they charge the patient, not the insurance an assessment fee. I asked questions about it and was greeted by a very unprofessional and angry woman who informed me that they were a private practice and can do what they want.Id heard enough at that point and asked for her name which she refused to give.I immediately left the establishment and reported to my doctors office that I would need a new referralI will never go there and will spread my experience so others can have an idea of how they operate.

The nurses at The Albany Foot Clinic went above and beyond service by providing me with a brand new pair of NIKIs when they saw that I had shoes that didnt fit. The doctor wrote me a prescription for an X-Ray to figure out what size of shoe lift I would need.
