Deb Goodman is awesome. She knows so much about womens health and movement. I first met her when I took a prenatal yoga class and I worked with her throughout two pregnancies and two c sections. My body felt wrecked and Deb and her team had all the right classes and services. Healing can be a long process, but the PT and Pilates classes they provide really work together to get everything back together again. Highly recommend!!

Debra Goodman, PT offers all types of PT and specializes in therapy for women, pre & post birth. She also offers Pelvic Floor PT. She has a few therapy rooms to accommodate classes as well as 1:1 sessions. Deb is professional, extremely knowledgable, and compassionate. I highly recommend her practice.
