The wait is typically 1 hour if you need them right away. My granddaughters prescriptions have not been changed in over 2 years! I have tried to be nice, calm, come in the day they are do and to no avail they are never ever filled! Its beyond my comprehension how the pharmacy techs lie! My time is valuable also and i am done! I love Fred meyers i have been coming here my whole life! I am 61 yrs old and get lied to, looked over, lied to again! This crazy excuse of covid is being wayyyyy over done, because they have been doing this to me for almost 2 years now! So good luck! I am going to bimart!

My prescription wasnt ready when I got to the store but the woman helping/cashing me out was so sweet. She knew I was sick and needed to get home, she was empathetic and kind and her small gestures of kindness and humor really brightened my day. I believe her name may have been Sheela, or Shiela... Something along those lines.She was very pleasant and should be recognized for it.The pharmacist, a gentleman, was also very kind and explained the medications to me well.The service from the employees, alone, is enough to bring me back from here on out. :)

Tried to go pick up my wife prescription while she is in surgery and twice now it has taken over an hour to fill a prescription. Now instead of taking her Straight home we have to make a return trip back to pick up her prescription.
