The Doctor (McGee) didnt even see me. He sent his personal assistant who rendered his own diagnosis. I have no idea of this persons credentials, but the fact that he did not introduce himself as a doctor tells me I wont be trusting his diagnosis.I wont be returning, and I would never recommend this group.

Dr. McGee was awful. He had a prognosis of my knee problem made up in his head before he even came in the room. He didnt listen to anything I said, and everytime I tried to speak he continued to cut me off and talk over me. Even though I was forced to have all of my records sent to him, he told me he doesnt both reading peoples records. He was unaware of my previous knee operations and kept telling me what he has had done and comparing our operations. I left with no resolution because he only talked in circles. I will not be returning.

I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Marsh, Dr. McGhee, Chip Stone and all of the staff. My family has been using this group for thirty years. I dont ever Remember a time when they werent professional, compassionate and caring. When you walk in the door the front staff make you feel like they care you are there. The nurses (Patti)and each of them are friendly and listen to your concerns as do the doctors and the entire staff. Medically I dont know where I would be without them. I am very appreciative they didnt give up on me. Chip Stone, does nerve liblations which have saved my life. Also, if you ever need the surgical unit, the staff are amazing. They make you feel at ease and you know you are in great hands. PLEASE believe me when I say if you choose this orthopedic group, you will be well cared for and you wont regret it.

I been having bad vibes every time I visit. And the staff always gave me a hard times and they were always sending me to voicemail. The whole system sucks!!! The physician assistant(who is not a Dr) Lindsay Carr told me over the phone that what I was going through in my body wasnt a reason to stay home from work. That took the cake for me and I will never be back!!!!!!! Plus they dont know whats exactly wrong with me. I was in serious pain in my neck and shoulder and dont know why my nerves are jumping and in pain. And it was like every time I visit she just wanted to prescribe medicine instead of referring me else where someone who knows what they are doing instead of wasting my time and getting my money. Also in one of my visits she brought a wrist brace in and told me to wear it at night but never did tell me about about it being covered under my insurance or not until I go for a follow up and tell me I have a balance of 43.85. I couldve bought that a CVS under 20 dollars. I really think they just want my money. I tried and my patience was getting very low with them and I couldnt take it no more. I wouldnt recommend no one here. And Im still trying to figure out why I never saw a real Dr but a physdician assistant?

This place is horrible. The doctor does not listen, and manages to do a lot of talking without actually saying anything. The staff are clueless. I did more paperwork than anything and then they used that to call my emergency contact and remind her of my appointment. Then after showing for appointment, they wanted me to wait to reschedule because practitioner had to leave. Some are smart and kind, but the vibe of this place is snobby and rude. Coincidentally, I was warned by numerous others.

I went to this office with my sister, as her patient advocate. Dr. McGee has been very rude to me, raising his voice when I addressed concerns. He doesnt answer questions but does a lot of talking about irrelevant subjects. We have been dealing with this since January and two surgeries later her ankle still is not well.
