Hi I’m Tami and I’m a stroke survivor. I just passed my 1 year stroke-anniversary, this year has been extremely difficult and i would not be where I am without Scott and Stephanie’s help and support. The first day I met them, I felt like I was suppose to meet them, they heard what I had to say and made me feel comfortable from the start. Going to OT is one of my favorite parts of my week. They are always there for me and my advances are their advances. Meeting Scott and Stephanie is definitely one of the silver linings of this horrible experience. They help me problem solve everything and anything. I truly would recommend them. Not being able to move my left arm is beyond difficult and frustrating, and they get that. After speaking to Scott’s class I felt so much better about myself and my recovery. I felt like a rockstar. Stephanie is not just my therapist but she is also my friend. I am going to school in Albany and she has taken on the role of being my school mom, always making sure my shoes are tied and my jacket is warm enough.

The first thing you should know is that On Track gives 200% for their clients. It truly is therapy with nurturing kindness, and thoughtfulness about living our best lives. Humor, gentleness and expertise with every treatment. They give me help and hope.
