Albany Area Hand Therapy have really been a blessing to me . Eric really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable about his speciality ; the hands . The atmosphere is always welcoming and his receptionist is always friendly . Eric has exposed me with hand techniques that have help to strengthen both hands , so that I now able to use them both . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is need of a hand specialist that really cares about you . Thank you so much for your service and most of all your compassion for people .

I was very disappointed. They seem more interested in their phones and laptops than their clients. There was very little interaction with me. .. even on how to do correctly what few exercises they took me through. They did not clean the equipment between client usage. Especially noticed with the bolts, washer and nut exercise, the clothes pin exercise, and tweezer exercise. Hopefully, they have made improvements since covid-19s appearance. I made more progress by following exercises I found on Youtube and various web sites.

Dr Eric B and his staff are the best there is or ever will be. A truly great hand therapist. However, you must be aware, Dr Eric is a great conversationalist. If you dont want a new friend, then tell him right off, Dont talk to me. Just fix my problem. Of which he will do.
