PA Gates in the course of our phone conversation she became verbally abusive and screaming at me. She threatened to remove me from the pactice if I didn’t shut my mouth. I attempted to explain my concern and without any facts started screaming that I will do what she says. Prior to her going bonkers she told me in needed to schedule an appointment and all I kept saying was transfer me to the receptionist so I can schedule my appointment. She continued to berate and insult me. All I kept saying was transfer me transfer me. She refused and finally said I would have to call back they are on lunch.When I did call back the receptionist told me my account was frozen and Rachelle discharged me from the practice.Dr. Pan didn’t discharge me a PA did.Since talking to friends 2 have had similar run ins with Rachelle Gates and have left Dr. Pan’s practice.She is not stable and has no self control. I have never seen a medical “professional” behave so inappropriately.****Note the practice is now located at 105 Everett Road Albany NY 12205
