My experience working with them. Was great. They help out lots of good people and familys. And they have great resources for the whole community... Keep up the great work...

Love the STAFF! Homelessness is a bad time for anyone. ESPECIALLY Veterans. Please dont brave the streets. Ask for help. I DID. Help is there. God Bless

I was living in my van when I found that I had some serious medical issues that would require surgery. Within weeks the Albany Housing Coalition provided me housing for my immediate needs and assissted me in acquiring long term housing assisstance. The people there went the extra mile in assissting me. I cant thank or recommend them enough.

The vet house is a godsend and everyone involved in the show is awesome! From the staff at the house and the staff at the ACH I have been treated like family. Thanks for all the help!

Whomever the club manager may be - she is a unprofessional, rude & crass individual that isnt about as pleasant to speak to as receiving a root canal. She does not return phone calls or take responsibility for the fact that they made a simple mistake. After this establishment cancelled on my family 48 hours prior to our event that was supposed to be held there, they made it extremely difficult to get our deposit returned. Too difficult - As in, they were not going to return it. I called twice and left very cordial messages that I requested be returned to resolve the matter of the high-jaked deposit. I had to call them back next day and finally reached the peach that they call the club manager. She yells into the phone that SHE GOT HER DAMN DEPOSIT BACK!! I retort with Thank you, that is all I needed to know. Have a great day... to which I can hear her screaming to, Im assuming is her co-worker, OH MY GOD... expletive, expletive, expletive! and then hangs up on me. I dont think anyone in a professional charitable organization should be so absolutely rude and definitely NOT curse at someone who was completely respectful & cordial to you. Stay away from dealing with this place - between trying to pull a fast one and keep your money with no services rendered - and that manager who doesnt have an ounce of cooth or class - theyre about as unprofessional and just plain RUDE as I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress, names youll be called and go somewhere far, far away from here.
