I was a patient at Phoebe Behavioral Health for almost 5 years, and constantly had an issue refilling my prescription. Not only are the hours inconvenient, but speaking to a nurse regarding my prescription was almost impossible. The nurse’s line forwards every call to voicemail 100% of the time. Sometimes I would get a call back, sometimes I would not. I went 3 days without my prescription due to this. Also, the fees are extremely high. My appointment would last approximately 10 minutes, at most, yet the cost was outrageous. On a positive note, the receptionists and medical assistants were always friendly and competent. However, for anyone that expects quality care from health care professionals I would recommend seeking another office. I have since moved to a different facility, and wish I would have done so much sooner.

The doctors, nurses, and therapist are all very helpful as well as most of the office staff. However, now that Brianna has moved to a new position in the office, the new person at the front desk as a very short and snippy attitude...like its her way or the highway...this is not helpful for patients who struggle with any part of mental health...I am thinking of finding a new provider because of her poor people skills.

They totally neglected what was going on with my daughter.

It is disgraceful that Dr.Jha accuses me of doing drugs because I have trouble sleeping and I have a medical condition that causes my thyroid levels to go from high back to being extremely low especially when Ive done a drug test for him and it came back with everything negative as I knew it would because the only drugs I do is the medication that my doctors prescribe me for my seizures and the medication he was prescribing me and when I saw him the last time he flat out accused me of doing cocaine because of my thyroid levels dropping and then going back up from my medical condition

I saw the nurse practitioner here and she was wonderful. Intake appointments for behavioral health can be rough emotionally because of all the questions about trauma you have experienced but it seems more like a conversation here rather than an interrogation.
