I just got off the phone with a Kim. I called to explain that my new minimed connect uploader wasnt working and Ive had nothing but problems with it since I got it last week.all she could say is theyre trying to fix the problems theyre having with it.i asked, will I be notified when its been fixed she said no,and thats all she could tell me ! Why sell and so highly promote a new device if it doesnt last a week before customers have it inoperable and no one to contact them and let them know when the problem has been solved !!!
