The quality of care and service at Lincare in Albany, GA, is outstanding! In my nearly 20 years of dealing with sleep apnea, I have never found people more dedicated to finding solutions to my particular needs. Im sleeping healthy and well thanks to them!

Lincare employees are rude. They have no compassion for those that they supposedly serve, at least the Albany, GA location. Most of them will never give you a direct answer, I know of one who lies easier than she breathes. If they consider you a problem, you will not get a loaner if your equipment fails. They will replace each piece with cheaper and cheaper equipment. They serve themselves and the almighty dollar! I have been miserable with them for the last 2 1/2 years. I would do almost anything to be able to change DME source!!

I r recently was too because of my O2 levels dropping had to go on oxygen therapy 24/7 I I hadI had been using Mrs in Cordele Georgia for years because I had to use it at night they promised they could get me a fordable they came in about cylinders and said everything is on backorder thats been going on now for 3 months I asked and I called and asked about how much longer it would be on back order for the portable I was told that I had never been approved for portable and they would have to get the doctor to approve it which is croque they brought me an inferior machine that I had complained about several times it rattles so bad at night is skiers the dogs I have put it on drugs I have put it on blankets Ive done anything to kind of slow down the noise so that we can get sleep they give you inferior things and when I said something about it she said well thats the best one we had so Ill keep a lookout if another one comes

The customer service rep is rude !!!! I have blocked all their calls and just want them to stop harassing me! Prescriptions are at another pharmacy !
