Upon arrival the staff there were not friendly or kind. As I sat in the waiting area, I noticed that the staff were only rude to colored people checking in. For example, A colored women came in. She explained she was having surgery and clearly seemed a little lost. She accidentally came into the wrong door (she was looking for Ortho NY.) The staff yelled out to her “yeah its the other door right there that says surgery on it.” As soon as the women left the same staff was talking about it like as if that was such a huge inconvenience, then continued to talk about herself. All i could think about is how nervous that women is because she is having surgery and the first interaction she has with a health care worker is a negative one. The staff spoke in a more professional tone of voice to other patients but anyone of colored I noticed they were rude and louder when speaking to them.

I am sure of the women that did my Mri. I would like to thank them so much. I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable being there. Thanks again

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE THE STAFF IS SUPER UNFRIENDLY AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THIS PLACE AND SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. IT IS COMPLETELY POINTLESS.

Wonderful staff! Everyone is so courteous and makes you feel really comfortable. The facility is clean and well run. Front desk staff are some of the most helpful I have ever met. I would recommend extremely highly!

Ive had a few different tests here, mostly MRIs. The staff has always great with walking me through the procedures we are about to do. They make me very comfortable and are quite friendly. my favorite thing though, is how fast they get the results to my doctor. Way faster than any other radiology place around. I would gladly drive out of my way to come here.

My urologist ordered a KUB X-Ray and an Ultra sound. I was impressed when I called to ask questions (several times over a few days including the morning of) about concerns about radiation and number of pics, etc. as well as the protocol for drinking fluids ahead of the ultra sound. and think I spoke to every receptionist there and all were very informative, respectful and kind. I went in 10 min. before my appt. and filled out a quick info sheet and waited about 5 min. before Nicole the ultra sound tech came out to get me. She was very upbeat, respectful and friendly, also very efficient and quick getting the test done. Then she transferred me over to Christine the X-Ray tech who was equally as friendly and respectful. She was asking me about why I was there from the out room while I was waiting for the x-ray and came out and said it was done!Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been here a few times for MRIs and an X-ray. The staff are very polite on the phone and in person. Quick service, too.

Terrible judgemental staff. Unable to deal with sick patients having any difficulties, showing little empathy with high judgement.

Horrible experience from a nasty attitude at the front desk to being lied to for the MRI. It was NOT OPEN. Yet I was told it was prior to my appointment. Never again and will never recommend to anyone.

Friendly reception, awesome xray tech, had 2 xrays, out in 15 min from start to finish!!!
