Great place! Drew is the absolute best. He implements several techniques throughout each session and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and just better in my body. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Kisha is one of the best massage therapists I’ve seen since I first sought out natural pain management a few years ago. She’s excellent at tracking down the source of an issue and working to give you lasting relief with stretches to do at home. I haven’t worked with her colleagues but Kisha speaks highly of them, and has some patients who alternate practitioners for their unique techniques.

Had a target massage today and Kisha was great! Super sweet and attentive. Really got into my kinks and didnt hurt me at all. Great conversationalist, as that put my anxiety at ease. The place is clean and pretty. Have recommended this place already to my friends and family. Thanks Kisha!

I go to see Drew at Relief & Relaxation once a month, and I can not express how much of an improvement I have seen in my body. What is really great is that Drew will listen to you when talking about the problem areas you have, and he really does a great job at targeting those areas through the session, but will also work on connecting areas if they could potentially be causing your tension/pain in those targeted areas. The atmosphere is great and always professional. I always feel very comfortable and welcome. Finally, the pricing is GREAT! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Kisha is so strong! She is the type that not only goes to town on those knotted up, sore, painful areas, but traces the muscle back to its originating spot and does work there too! An all around great performance.I travel the world with my job and I can honestly say, she gives one of the top 3 best massages Ive had! Whenever I am in the NE region of the US, I try to find my way into her busy scheduling book (theres a reason why shes so booked!).I cant speak highly enough of her. Words in a review can only go so far though, so you should try her out for yourself. But Im confident you wont be disappointed!
