Their employees (while given adequate training) are over-worked and under compensated (like, below minimum wage for their starting positions). In return, their staff retention is awful and their quality of service is compromised regularly (most noticeable in their Residential, Day Hab services, Arts Programs, and College Experience Programs).Additionally, management was willing to compromise safety of individuals in their care in order to make profit during covid-19 pandemic. Many of their non-essential programs were reopened too early and with sub par safety regs. This company is more invested in profit than the care of its clientele and staff.

Kathy was here today to teach me to do an infusion for my brother. I highly recommend this Company.

Irresponsible unhelpful service. Throwing a bunch of people into a very small library with 3 computers so they can fight over what little there is is not being supportive and providing independent life skills. Bringing them to Wallmart instead and discussing with them how to shop and what to plan and budget for would be a much better service.

Worked here and had a horrible experience. If you are looking for constant stress, this is the organization for you. For so many reasons I can’t even begin to list, please—do not waste your time. You will thank me later. If someone you know is served by this agency, I IMPLORE you to make sure they are given the quality of life you hope for. If long periods of time go by and you do not see progress in your loved ones, it’s because this agency is lying to you. I digress.

Management is a joke and scheduling is also. They do not care about you are the work you put in. They will sit there and talk about you behind your back, and talk about others to you. Very unprofessional. Tanya and Michelle avoid them! They are very disrespectful and talk to you any type of way.they need to be fired!The ceo really does need to retire hes very nice but very old and doesnt care what happens to his employees. Do not work for them. Thats why they are always hiring because they cant keep anyone. Head the warnings!
