My father is ignored and neglected on a daily basis...and that’s when anyone bothers to SHOW UP. Do not hire this agency. 1/10. If we had more choices (my fathers has a waiver) this agency would be GONE. I have a photo collage of their employees sleeping on the job. Literally. If you care about your loved one, don’t bother.

WORST JOB EVER , COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , RELIEVE AID ALWAYS LATE NEVER GO HOME ON TIME . MESS UP YOUR PAY . PEOPLE WOULD STEAL YOUR HOURS AND SAY THEY WORKED WHEN THEY DIDNT , IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PCA JOB DONT LOOK IN THIS DIRECTION YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET EVERY BIT OF IT . I just started working with this agency already having issues with them I started a shift on 9/5/2019 my shift on that date it was from 8am -11am once I got to the building of my client the agency (all metro) didn’t tell me that there was a bell to ring for the client so the client could buzz me in to come up to the building thank god I left early to started my shift. I got into the building the maintenance guy open the door for me . Before all of that I called the agency to let them know I have no way to get into the building no answer.(All Metro) I started my shift @8:37-11:47. The reason staying late cause the client can not do things for herself so I helped her. All metro made a big deal staying over the shift stating that I started early and I left late that wasn’t my shift schedule so they DID NOT PAY ME FOR THE TIME I WAS THERE SO THEY CHANGE THE TIME ON MY SCHEDULE STATING I CAME THAT TIME WHICH WASNT THE CASE . Then THE NEXT DAY 9/6/2019 my shift was from 8am -4pm THEY CHANGED MY TIME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FROM 8:15am - 4pm TRYING TO SHORT MY HOURS JUST NOTICE IT TODAY WHEN I WAS AT MY SHIFT ON TIME AND LEFT ON TIME . This AGENCY IS A PIECE OF WORK Don’t GET PAID FOR Orientation IM A CERTIFIED PCA SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING ME MORE WHAT IM GETTING PAID NOW PAYING DAMN NEAR MINIMUM WAGE TELL PEOPLE THERE ARE HOURS BUT DONT WANT TO PAY FOR THE HOURS THAT THEY GIVE ABOUT TO LEAVE THE COMPANY . Not to mention FOR THE HOURS U PICK THEY SAY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE WHEN U PICK THE SHIFT ON THE APP U DONT GET A RESPONSE RIGHT AWAY SO U CAN PICK A SHIFT THEY WILL GIVE IT SOMEBODY ELSE . HORRIBLE AGENCY

I have filed a formal complaint with the state for this agency. They take advantage of the staff. They don’t care about the people they have in their care. They don’t pick up the phone or ignore you because they have caller idea. My mother is wheel chair bond and need care all the time I worry for her when I move the staff steals. They don’t do anything when the staff doesn’t show up for work or if they rob their client. This place truly doesn’t give a damn about anything but the money they can get from peoples insurance. But if the insurance companies knew about he poor quality of care, rude staff and unprofessionalism they would probably take their business elsewhere and that exactly what you should do if you are thinking or are affiliated with this agency

Does not supervise staff. Employees are allowed to verbally and emotionally harass coworkers with out reprimands. Contacting corporate or higher ups gets you black listed. This is just the work enviroment.

Would not recommend, please avoid at all costs. All Metro Health Care takes advantage of its employees by paying them minimum wage, giving them no training or supervision, and then asking that they care for someone with advanced needs. Both aides and the main office play the blame game, deflecting and avoiding, instead of resolving problems. Border line, if not out right instances of abuse in terms of neglect of my mother. Again, please avoid and if you currently are using this company for service and have had similar experiences, please voice them online or with main office, or New York State by filing a formal complaint.
