Love Namita, she is a sweetheart. Its been over a year Im going there, I have recommended everyone at my work place to visit her for their eyebrows. Reasonable prices, gives detailed attention to give you the best service and makes sure you leave happy. Shell ask you every time Are you happy after doing whatever service you want.

The woman here is so kind and gentle, plus she is amazing at what she does! Prime Eyebrows is so far from where I live, but I always come back because she is the best.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and it was a great experience. My go to eyebrow tech is not working right now due to the pandemic. I am very particular when It comes to my eyebrows and decided to come here after reading the great reviews. I will most definitely be back. They did a really great job and I love the outcome! She cleaned up the stray hairs and did exactly what I asked for... 5+++++ I will be going back!!

This place is amazing! I went here for the first time yesterday after reading all the good reviews, and I wasnt disappointed! The lady who threaded my brows was wonderfully reassuring and personable (I hadnt gotten my brows threaded before, just waxed), and she did a PERFECT job! The whole place is clean and neat, and her prices are awesome. I will absolutely be back!!

Phenomenal service. Daughter was doing it for first time and staff was super accommodating. Fast in and out with parking out front that made for easy arrival and departure. Great price and nice loyalty program.

I started getting my eyebrows done here, when my eyebrows were getting messed up by a previous tech. She is extremely polite and prompt, she also leaves your face looking beautifully shaped, as your eyebrows are evened to perfection!

Staff was friendly and did just what I had asked. First timers get a discount so that was a plus. Will definitely be back if Im ever in the area. (eyebrow thread)

Went here with a Groupon and would definitely come back! The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and welcoming. I would give this location a visit if you are looking to have anything threaded. Average prices from what Ive seen in the area and has a student discount!

Ive been going to this place for over 8 years. This woman is the best in the area. I started with her when she was in the Crossgates mall and since then shes changed two locations but Ive always followed her. I did try to go to few different places during the winter because shes far away from where I live, but I always go back to her because she is the best in the area. She is very gentle and you can barely feel any pain when shes doing eyebrows where in other places I felt my skin is going to be ripped out. I wouldnt recommend anyone else for eyebrow threading but this place. When I started going to here I had a case of severely over plucked eyebrows, but shes fixed my eyebrows and my eyebrows actually grew back. I do use a pencil to fill them in but not too much, I have attached few pics of the results I got by going to her.

She was EXTREMELY nice and very reasonably priced. She shaped my eyebrows nicely, my only criticism is that she didnt use scissors to clean up the length of my brows, but I would definitely recommend to others as I was only visiting.

Only place I will go to get my eyebrows threaded. Namita does a great job and listens to what you want, highly recommend!

Best threading experience Ive ever had. Ive been raving to everyone about it since I left the shop. Will definitely go back.

I was satisfied. Just came up here from nyc and needed my brows done badly. Glad i found this place, the lady knew what she was doing.

I recommend anyone in the Albany area to come here for eyebrow threading and/or waxing. My eyebrows were meticulously threaded into a beautiful shape, and the pain was minimal.

Says it’s opened and nobody is here. There are signs on the door saying it’s opened as well as the time to confirm it...but yet it’s not opened.

My experience with the actual treading is good but the payment experience has always been a hassle. I went there twice and had a Groupon...which should not be that difficult to use since they put up the Groupon themselves. However, its always been a difficult process both times I used it. Paying with cash would probably be fine, but using a Groupon was not fun.
