Great people great place

I absolutely love this box! It is such a warm and welcoming community! If you do not know how to lift, they will show you. If you are afraid you will not be able to do the workout, they will help you modify it. The coaches are amazing!

Theyre an extended family. They are welcoming, encouraging, and really want the best for each person. Its a great community.

Nice box, friendly people, well maintained equipment! Limited space and equipment, but enough to comfortably support around 20 people. You get out of this what you put into it!
