Staff and experience for my daughter has been great! Just dont set an appointment for first thing in the morning. I have made 3 appointments first thing in the morning and all 3 times they were late to open up. My daughter had an appointment at 8, doors do not open until 8:15. Thought I got smart and made her appointment at 8:15, doors do not open until 8:20 with people in line out the door. According to to office staff they open at 8.. Not this office!

I had an outstanding experience at the Albany, GA location today. My appointment was at 2:00pm and I was walking out by 2:30pm. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, was very welcoming and she followed the covid-19 protocol. The young lady that provided the service was very pleasant, had great conversation and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist that assisted me at checkout was also very welcoming and made sure the date scheduled for next appointment was a great fit. I always enjoy going to Smile Doctors!!

I have 2 children in braces 😳. I would definitely recommend Smile Doctors to anyone that’s in need of a friendly, courteous, professional and cost friendly Orthodontist. The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly and there isn’t an excessively unnecessary wait time to be seen. Since my children have begun their journey in braces, the Staff at Smile Doctors closely monitor their progress and keep me aware of their journey. Absolutely satisfied!!!

Smiles doctor are very nice. They are very knowledgeable about their craft. Office is clean and they are serious about wearing your mask lol. I’m very excited about my Invisalign braces.

I had to get my permanent retainer fixed after it popped off and at Smile Doctors they got me in and very quickly fixed my issue! Everyone was very nice and efficient. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and that includes me updating personal information and getting my retainer fixed!

I chose one because when I started my daughter’s plan for her braces and communication with the provider it was good but when she start going a couple of times they act as if they wasn’t concerned.

My oldest son Brandon had his braces done at the Albany office and we are very please with his service. The staff was always very friendly and professional. This is why I decided to return to them. Currently my youngest son Jeffrey is having his braces done here too. He is happy going to the office. They are very easy to work with and as always very polite and friendly. The only negative comment I would say is that I notice that my son Jeffrey sees a different dentist assistant every time he has a check up appointment. My son said he likes some dentist assistant better than others. Overall is a greasy office. I would recommend this office for orthodontist service.

I was very excited that Ms. Kayla worked with me and my child to become new patients at Smile Doctors Braces. However, my excited feeling didnt last long at our consultation visit. Tina Wagner made me very uncomfortable. She couldnt answer any questions but left me to do all of research about my insurance but she is the person in charge of the cost of your braces. Kayla and I had gone over all of this prior to our visit. Each time I called back to speak with Kayla the person answering the phone wanted my name to lookup my information, only to give me to anyone other than Kayla that had been assisting me. This experience could be longer, in short the same day I left the consultation, I made us an appointment with an Orthodontist in Warners Robins by the next week we had braces. Everything was wonderful and our braces are on.😊

Very poor bedside manners on the part of the orthodontist, Dr. Mills. Ariel was great--she explained the procedures to me and was patient as I asked my many questions. However, Dr. Mills came over and talked over me as if I did not exist. No Hi, my name is..., no heres what I am going to do. When he was ready to do my check up, not a word was said to me. He simply proceeded to insert his instruments into my mouth, and walked away when he was done. I had a similar experience with a previous orthodontist at this facility, but it definitely was not that bad so I did not feel the need to write a review then. I am surprised that a company that prides itself on an ultimate patient experience would not implement these basic training procedures for providers who literally have a salary because patients like me choose to use their services. The initial consultation was a great experience in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be sustained once you decide to move forward with them. I wish I could recommend this facility to others who have asked, but I really cannot.

Smile Doctors are the reason my daughter can smile again and be confident in herself. During the initial visit, I had a chance to meet the team and among them were my orthodontist from 23 years ago. I was so excited to see him and to know that he would be working with my daughter made the decision much easier.

It is always a pleasure to be seen at the Smile Doctors. There is a SMILE on every face and they have the most polite employees. The doctors are outstanding! Highly recommend!

Excellent staff

Not really a fan of Smile Doctors because of the merge of the several doctors in one practice. This has caused the practice to loose a more personal touch than when you can either go to one doctor such as Dr. Margeson and Dr. Holloway. When it was just one doctor, he or she can follow your treatment with you through your process. Now at each visit, a different doctor sees you each time and one has to keep explaining your treatment each and every time. One doctor has disagreed and contradicted what a previous doctor has put in your chart which can cause the process of having the braces longer. Dont like the impersonal approach as every one is seen in one room where others can hear your medical information. Staff are now inattentive and passive now that so many patients are being seen in one office. I would rather encourage one to go to a singular practice with a one on one touch other than this conglomerate of doctors.

This place was the best when it was just Dr. Margeson, but is the worst now. Dr. Mills is rude and made unnecessary negative comments, they no longer care about their clients. This is not my first bad experience with this location, but my latest visit was the most disappointing.
