My daughter and I are new patients. We have nothing but good things to say about Barats Family Dentistry. Debbie, at the front desk, is fabulous and delivers great customer service. Becky, our hygienist, is amazing. She is very gentle and really explains everything being done. Debbie and Becky really made us feel comfortable and like we have been friends forever. We both saw Dr. Stone. She is very calming and gentle. We would recommend this practice to everyone!

I had pretty extensive work done, and it turned out Great! The teeth look great and I have confidence in my smile now. Love going for my routine cleaning visits. Wow! I am a retired dentist, just moved to Albany, and recently became a patient at this great office. I must say that the work that they do here is by far the best! Quality and professionalism is top notch. I am also impressed by the modern technology that Dr Barats uses. The digital scanner has now replaced the old impression tray, and feels so much better in my mouth. Enjoy coming here and recommend to anyone!

I recently became a patient here after a not so good experience at another dental office. Let me begin by saying I have extreme anxiety about dentists and doctors...(I have no problem sky diving but for some reason these places make me anxious as heck)...This place is amazing...absolutely amazing...love the people there and literally pain free...if you need a place you will not regret them....

Friendly staff and excellent service make it easier for me to regularly visit the dentist. Usually having someone poke around my teeth and mouth makes me extremely unconformable, but the staff at Barats always puts me at ease and makes me as comfortable as possible. The office staff is also always nice, and I never have to wait very long before being seen. Everyone is pleasant and says hello even in passing. My teeth have never looked better!

Hands down the best dental practice. Everyone is supremely nice and professional. It is clear that they care about their patients and they actually take the time to explain any oral issues you might have, a path forward and arent scared to drop some science knowledge. I have never felt rushed in during my appointments and time is always taken to answer all my questions and discuss any areas of concern. I actually look FORWARD to going to the dentist now!

Dr. Barat is the best. Im a real sissy when it comes to pain. Dr. Barat is so gentle when administering the procaine that it (almost) becomes pleasant, Her gentle touch and soothing voice is a godsend for me.The rest of the staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Barats Family Dentistry if you are looking for a dentist.

After many years with the practice we left, they didnt forward my husband x-rays and cost us alot of money to replace the x-rays. Also they said my son needed a filling done and they couldnt do it. Went to the dentist that could do a filling of a child that need medicine before procedure and it was a total of waste time. There was no cavities and no need for the medicine for him to have procedure done. I will Never recommend this dentist.

Dr Barat rushed me in and out. She didnt listen to me when I told her my teeth didnt line up. I had to go back and she charged me $89 to fix the job she never finished. Rather than talking to me the billing staff never called me back and it is now in collections for over $100. Luckily my dental insurance became active the next month and I never have to go back to that place. Also never offered any type of anesthesia.She bought this clinic form P. F. Indzonka, D.M.D. to make money off people

Profesional and friendly staff. I came here after moving up to Albany and have had nothing but a great experience here. Located in the St Peters hospital campus, make sure to park in the garage next to building 319 (emergency department entrance) for free parking!
