This is the nicest group of doctors and hygienists! I am very impressed.The office isnt super fancy, but they have all the equipment they need and are professional.They are great with kids.

Best place to bring your children in Albany. Dentist are always friendly and make the children feel comfortable. They always put a smile on my children face whether it joking or just assuring them and guiding them to make better choices with there teeth. I have 5 kids and they always get them in and check out very quickly no problem. I absolutely wish this place was open when I was a child!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ This dentist I highly recommend them!!!!!

July 23 2021Today was our first visit at this Dentist. I was going to have my daughter go to my dentist but I figured I would try out a new place. The first impression was the lack of signage for the parking area but we figured it out. The second impression was the uncleanliness of the stairs going into the office. The staff member at the reception desk seemed overwhelmed by the number of patients that were in the office but was friendly enough. We were charged for services before we were seen and had to have an adjustment when our daughter did not get an x-ray. I understand the need to pay for services but in my mind it would have made more sense to be charged after Services were rendered. They promptly adjusted the ledger so we will just have to watch our bank account. Once I brought up the concern about the charge they were very prompt in resolving the issue so I appreciated that.The dental staff were incredibly friendly and made our daughter comfortable on her first dentist visit. They used frequent positive reinforcement to get her to engage and feel comfortable opening her mouth. I love how the dental hygienist asked permission to connect with our daughter. That definitely built trust. Well I was waiting for the doctor to come in I noticed that the floors and the examination room were extremely filthy. This has to be corrected as it is a health code issue. I did notice the staff use hand sanitizer and put on gloves but I would have loved to see handwashing with soap and water seeing as we are in the middle of a pandemic. Not to mention that is standard medical practice.I would give five stars for the friendliness of the staff but due to the lack of cleanliness of the facility I had to give three stars.I agree with the other reviews I read that said this place has friendly people. I would consider having my daughter return if there are major deep cleaning initiatives undertaken.

My daughter loves Pediatric Dentistry of Albany. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Shes been going for braces for about a year and a half now and I recommend them to everyone I know who has kids. Top notch, five stars!

My granddaughter had her teeth cleaned today. She was happy that it didnt hurt, but not happy that they found 2 cavities! This is a good practice.

Very kid friendly understanding staff. The office has a positive atmosphere and they’re always super nice to my kids. My kids also love that they come away with new toothbrushes and balloons

They were so nice and understanding! My 2 year old is traumatized by nurses/doctors since she was hospitalized before. They were taking their time and being patient to make my daughter feel comfortable! They are awesome!!!

It is a small place, but the staff are great and treat the kids very well.

Incredibly rude staff answering phones! This is your first representation to your patients. I would strongly consider new staff that arent so utterly obnoxious to represent your practice. You just lost 5 patients because of it.

I am extremely disappointed right now. I scheduled my son for 9:00 am and I received a message reminder that my son’s appointment is at 8:00 am. I am sure that when I scheduled my appointment I said I want a 9:00 am because I get out of work at 7:30 am and I repeated and confirmed the details of my son’s appointment before I ended the call.

It was my sons first visit to this office, front desk was very helpful. The hygienist was great. The manager was great as when I first wanted to make the a appointment the doctor wasn’t taking his insurance yet and she assured me she would call me as soon as they were accepting it, which she did.

I brought my son here for his first dental appointment. I couldnt have been more pleased. The front staff was very welcoming and kind. To the back dental assistants who made my son feel very comfortable. Thank you for a great first experience!

I must say I have been coming here for a while but this time everything was ABSOLUTELY so different. I am so happy I gave this office another try because I wanted to transfer before but I love the new manager. She is amazing with the patients and with her staff. The front desk is great and the assistant are great as well. Many parents in the waiting area were commenting on how welcoming everything was and how quickly and organized everything was run. Congratulations pediatric dentistry of Albany I will honestly say that Ms Vanessa has changed this office and my kids and I are looking forward to visiting you more often.

This office has no handicap assessable entrance. So if your child is unable to climb stairs or the parent of the child is unable to climb stairs you can’t use this dentist. Also they couldn’t employ any persons that has a disability. Oddly they have a handicap assessable bathroom ? 2 stars as the hygienist was thorough . Front desk was short with words and rude.

First time at this office. I must say this is the first office I have ever been to that has been super organized and efficient. Jenna was extremely helpful and informative. Cristina was great with my daughter. I was very surprised with the amount of patients at this office at the same time with just one doctor but Vannessa was doing an excellent job getting people in and out. I also noticed she was training what I think were THREE different people and interacting with every single person that passed by. At the same time she was guiding the doctor into each room and informing him of what to expect. I saw all of this within the 40 minutes I was in the office. They had a computer issue so thats why I waited a bit but I was observing it all. I am glad I waited this long because I now know for sure I want my daughter to be in great hands and I for sure wants her braces to get approved here.

Great experience. What I like the most was that at the end of the day the manager called me to just check up on my son bc he had a tooth pulled. It shows they really care for their patients and are attentive with after care! Will be coming back.

Loved it there. My son has autism and was placed under to have his teeth worked on. It helped because he almost bit his last dentist (not intentionally). Calling on Monday for annual check up and to get my almost 4 year old in. :)

I strongly recommend not bringing your kids to this place! Absolutely horrible. Customer service is everywhere, completely unprofessional, and insensitive. Additionally, make sure you dont miss an appointment! Theyll punish you by pushing your appointment 2 to 3 months away. Even for emergency reasons: Get ready to wait 2 to 3 months to get your problem fixed.

If I could give a 0 rating I would! I just made a call and I asked if they were taking new patients and I was hung up on, so I called again got the same lady and she had a nasty attitude and hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and addressed I was hung up on 2 times already and would like to talk to someone new,the lady then laughed and hung up again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first I was worried about my daughter who was apprehensive of visiting a new dentist and terrified from reading the not so intriguing reviews, but by the time we left there, we already switched her and her brother from their dentist of many years to this dentist office!The front desk staff members - Mike & Vanessa are awesome. The hygienist and the dentist - Dr Figueroa were simply amazing! They made my children laughed. At the end, even though it was only my daughters appointment, she along with my son had the opportunity to hand select toys from a toy box, additionally to their favorite colored balloons.What a wonderful experience we had for our visit today! Highly recommended! Five stars and two thumbs up!

Customer service is terrible and they change dentist like every few months and dont try to get your kid an orthodontist appointment its always a problem and no need showing up on time your gonna wait

I went here for two years and my advice? Run.Im sensitive to lidocaine and using it causes me to shake severely. It has been a problem since I was 8 years old, and Dr. Moral continued to use it until the last time I went to this officeI had a few fillings done at the beginning of the year. Dr. Moral did not smooth one of the fillings properly and one of the other ones has fallen out. Its August 2017. I had these done sometime in January.Front staff is rude and unprofessional. I get it, you work with screaming 3 year olds at a dentist. But an attitude adjustment may improve your rating here?

This place is horrible, run as far possible with your children. Its shocking the amount of people who explain in disbelief the nonsense that takes place over @ Pediatric Dentistry Of Albany. Many offices I have contacted have completely removed Pediatric Dentistry Of Albany from current referral list. Negligence including questionable request from the corporate office have forced so many aspiring dentist to resign. The practice was originally Dr Barry Jacobson who later partnered with Kevin who now calls it HQRC. #RUN PEOPLE!

Absolutely horrible. Nobody bring your kids here if you care about them. 3 different appointments 3 horrible experiences. Heres why:1. Prepare to wait forever. They set appointments they cant keep. On all occasions we arrived on time/early to all appointments and still waited as long as 2.5-3 hours to be seen in a waiting room with tons of other people way that were still waiting for their own appointments. You can easily look at other reviews to find this information.2. Malpractice from lazy dentistry. Dr. Moral needs her license revoked. She did a filling and root canal on my daughter. Within 2 weeks, my daughter had an abscess in those same teeth. At this point we brought her to a completely different dentist and he was shocked at how bad the root canal and filling we done. He mentioned that she actually capped off the tooth and filled the filling with infections still in each tooth. She did not clean them out!Side note: The whole appointment was horrible. She was very unprofessional, and was not gentle with my child at all. She talked down to my child and even yelled. Saying I put three fillings in a 3 year old and she didnt cry like you.It was a very rough appointment and my daughter suffered a lot of unnecessary pain. I say unnecessary because she never solved the problem!As a result of her horrible density, my daughter now needs extra work done on those same teeth and were now being told in order for this infection to not infect her new tooth growing in, she will need braces.

They told my sister all she needed was a note so I can bring my neice here and when I got there the note was not valid when she wrote exactly what they told her. They need to get it together.

I understand hearing kids scream all day is probably awful. But a job is a job, the front staff needs a attitude adjustment.

I did a working interview a little under a year ago, I worked 8-3 with them and was supposed to get paid $12 an hour. Never got paid. Ive called so many times throughout the months to talk to someone, and every time I talk to one person n ask to speak with a manager and they tell me to hold and hang up. Dont seem like trustworthy people.

This place has very poor customer service!! The girl at the front desk has a very bad attitude!!! Will be changing my children dentist after this visit for SURE!!!
