No bed side patient manor. Short and unfriendly. Dont give prescriptions for nothing even after telling you something is broken toudont read charts and try to call in meds you are allergic to. You can tell they could care less about taking care of patients

1st visit, Professional, quick service and convenient all under one roof.

The wait is usually long if there are a lot of people. Ive been there twice and had to wait a long time. Phoebe is trying to reduce the clutter from the ER but the service at this facility could be better. My husband was seen on a Sunday and the x-ray tech left early but his chart read he refused x-ray. That was untrue and we were billed $85.00 for a referral and a prescription and he was still in pain. We did return a week later to get a x-ray and the service was better.

Friendly and professional staff 😄

Arrived and was the only patient in the building. Took 15 minutes to be seen by the receptionist. Then put in a room for 20 minutes before the NP showed up to order xray. Waited 30 minutes before the X-ray tech came in to tell us that the computer was updating and she had no idea when it would be done and left. X-Ray tech came back 25 minutes later to ask us to go across the street to the ER to take the X-ray. Completed X-Ray and then waited another 45 minutes for the NP to read the results and come back to the room. Horrible Service and Staff. You would be better off going to the ER and avoiding this clinic

This is the 2nd time i have been to the community clinic.Ifound the staff to kind and professional.Each time the np was attentive, and strived to give me great service each time.Te times i went ,i needed to be seen ,but not in th ER.THE ER NEED TO BE FREED UP FOR A EMERGENCY.MY SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! I WAS SEEN IN A TIMELY MANNER.I HAVE WAITED LONGER IN WALMART TO PAY DOR A PURCHASE ,THAN HERE.THANKS GUYS FOR EVERYTHING

Horrible experience I felt like I was not given adequate care. Patricia Marshall or her great staff failed to tell me my bp was 170/100 wow I guess that was not important. Basically given meds for my fall and was dismissed. I would not recommend you bring a freaking mouse to this place. So glad that I dont have to deal with your half a** medical care . I could of had a stroke or heart attack. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!

Its faster than the emergency room/center.

The locked the Doors at 7 when they close at 9pm terrible this place need to be shut down .!!

Call about an excuse for my child and kept getting hung up on. Very rude employees.

Waited for 2 hours and 47 minutes and still did not get seen employees were heard laughing in the hall and not being very professional at all. Please if you can help it do not go there

Very rude staff. Patricia I believe it was she was the RN a black lady , she walked passed the room I was in about 5 times before she came to see my child.she was walking around with coffee in her hand talking and laughing etc. Very unprofessional !!
