Nurses and staff at the front desk extremely friendly and helpful. However, doctor was very rude and dismissive decided to take business elsewhere. Treat patients with respect , a dismissal can cause a life.****Update Received a call for management she was very understanding a apologetic highly respected.

Went today for leg pain and was given great service. They explained probable causes and set up exercise program along with other treatment.Definitely would recommend.

I got in to see the PA - Sara what a wonderful lady. They have the cleanest & nicest medical office I have ever been in. The staff is awesome so attentive & respectful. I did not see anyone working there that didnt have a smile on their face. They are definitely my choice of medical offices. They certainly value your time ... I had a very short wait time. I am thankful you all are here in Albany.

I cannot stress how phenomenal this business is. I am not from the area so it has been a journey first finding a good customer service facility and also one who accepts my insurance. This organization has done both and I am extremely impressed. It’s really the simplicity of good listening skills and southern hospitality is what will take this organization very far. I’ve been here a few times and loved my experience with the front desk staff, nurses, and the doctors. But this one time was terrible. I set an appointment for 4 and wasn’t seen until 2 hours later! They had me sitting in the room for an hour with the same lousy excuse “the doctor is coming to you next she’s in the next room”. I’m so disappointed.

Great place, very pleased with the service. I had taken my husband to the emergency room with intestinal flu and we sat there for almost two hours. He was in so much pain we had to leave. We went to Quick Fix and we were there for less than hour. I was so thankful. I have told alot of people how great this place is and how helpful everyone there was.

I have visited southern spine and health on several occasions. It was very fast and convenient. Leah Webb listened to what was going on and was extremely helpful and professional. From sinus infections to school and camp physicals.
